The patio areas were not cleaned before our arrival and the sun bed cover is in need of a wash. A little more elbow grease needed on the sinks and shower trays. For an apartment which could accommodate up to 5 people there was no where near enough kitchen ware and utensils. We managed as there were only two of us but you should think about supplying a greater range of utensils. The fridge was too small for a property of this calibre and frequently the shutters got in the way of opening the cupboard doors. A few more pictures on the walls would make it more homely. This is a really nice complex with the potential to be fabulous if a little more attention to detail is applied.

Really modern, comfortable and mostly clean inside. Good showers and communal areas kept spotless. Air conditioning super efficient. Vallia was a very effective manager, helpful and responsive. Having the option of a driver to take us to supermarket , the airport and port was a real bonus. Great location , Great location, easy to walk it Fira for restaurants and shops.

Taxi drivers / Ubers had a hard time finding the property until we learnt how to direct them. There is no restaurant or food / drink options at the property - but there are shops nearby and delivery options too.

This property is brand new and really comfortable to stay at. There are a number of villas close to each other but our villa still felt very private. Great pool and well stocked kitchen. Overall a nice big space that fitted the three of us easily. Would happily return in the future.

We were really happy with our villa. We had one with private pool and hot tub. We were happy to have made this decision as it allowed us to relax. The main pool is also very nice and it was never crowded. The complex is very clean. However the thing that we appreciated most was its location. It’s true that there is a 20 minute walk to reach the restaurants in Fira, but instead we got to experience calmness and peacefulness away from all the noise. The bus terminus to reach the other towns is not far away. Although breakfast was not included, there were options of having it delivered. There is also a bakery, pharmacy and supermarket close by. At the top of the road, there is also a grill, which we found ideal to grab a quick lunch during the day. We definitely recommend this place.

Stunning suites, spacious, clean and great air conditioning! The complex was fully booked during our stay yet so peaceful and quiet. Each suite has their own pool and ours had a huge private terrace and car space. Seaview suite 11. The main pool area and gardens are beautiful and never busy. 10 mins walk to the busy centre of Fira. We got a car (arranged by reception staff, delivered to hotel in 20 mins!) and went exploring. Very hard to leave such a gorgeous spot! Lovely staff, great coffee pod machines too!

Breakfast on the premises would have been nice but we were able to order and have it delivered. Apparently a restaurant with bar is planned for the future that will be a definite asset.

Beautiful property with a wonderful staff. Everything was clean and functioning. We had a wonderful stay there! Vallia was very helpful with scheduling transportation and making sure that we were welcome. The cleaning staff kept the rooms immaculate.

We did ask for a toaster as once was not provided however were told that the owner did not want to proceed one. We found this surprising as there was a kitchen with fridge, crockery, a pan to cook with.

Staff was really helpful and friendly. Villa is amazing with your own private mini pool and a jacuzzi. You can enjoy the sunrise which happens right in front the villas.

Overall everything was wonderful - could be a small improvement to have a toaster for the kitchen, and some UHT milk sachets available for the coffee/tea.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Lilium Homes, our family was travelling with another and we had two separate deluxe villas. Due to the boutique size of the property, these were still very close together and our kids had so much fun being able to 'visit' each other. The villa was spacious, clean and comfortable, nicely decorated and the overall resort is immaculately maintained and a very calm and boutique space. Special mention to George for being the most outstanding host & concierge we have ever had on a holiday, and his help and advice really took out trip to the next level. He was able to organise us a wonderful wine tour, babysitting, airport transfers, dinner reservations as well as provide advice and recommendations for our stay. We look forward to coming back to Santorini again in the next year or two and coming to visit again.

We loved George the host. He was super friendly and very welcoming. He provided us with all the information we needed and helped with anything additional that we requested. Nothing was ever too much. The best host we have ever had! He even got us a parting gift. The property was really nice and well equipped. It was great walking distance to the town. We had the end apartment which was great for sunset. The coffee and water refill everyday was a extra touch.

Everything was perfect! George is super friendly and helpful. He organised shuttles and was always around to answer any of our questions. The house was clean, daily housekeeping and very spacious. I loved the hot tub too! It’s about an 8 min walk from the main Fira town. If we were to come back to Santorini, I’d definitely stay here again. Thank you George!

10/10 would recommend you book here, you will not be disappointed! George the property manager was quite literally the best, he was so accommodating and treats his guests like celebrities. Anything you need booked or arranged, he’ll sort it, no stress. Everything was arranged for door to door service (such as car rental, excursions etc). Made the stay even more special! As expected, the accomodation was surreal, so quiet, clean and exclusive! Super comfy and has everything you need. The private pool & hot-tub was a good touch, but the main pool was so quiet we had them all to choose from!

Loved everything! Only thing to note, if it bothers you, it doesn't face Caldera (but you get way more peace/quiet for it!), and you can enjoy this view within 15-mins walk anyway, so we didn't 'miss' it at all! The value for money we had for the quality of the villa, private pool, swimming pool, and large living space was well well worth it.

We were met by property manager George on arrival, he had arranged our taxi collection from the airport. He showed us the key code (no physical keys, which is handy) & other property info then. There was a booklet prepared for local resteraunts, various price ranges, things to do, etc. We ended up speaking directly with George on our first full day, and he arranged bookings for a couple of lovely restaurants in Thira, as well as a catamaran trip that was far better than any I had seen to book online myself. So if you want to do that, def check with him before booking your own tickets, as the tour we had was perfect. I would suggest speaking with him before arranging most things, as he has excellent local knowledge/connections to support your experience. FYI he was available on site through the day. Nice touch of welcome bottle of delicious wine, and daily water. I really loved the villas. We booked last min, so many places in/around Fira were booked, luckily this place popped up as a the last room left, and I'm really glad it was here. You likely know there is a lot of stairs/uphill walking in Santorini, esp Fira-to-Firostefani. If this is a concern, staying this side of Fira will be a big help. It is a more graduated walk uphill, it was only 10-mins from Fira main town, and felt so quiet and peaceful away from that main bustle. If you walk anywhere from Firostefani upwards, you'll notice while many villas have views of the Caldera, there are often people walking past (or doing the hike to Oia - recommend!). Staying at Lilium was wonderfully quiet & a great base to relax between activities. The villas have a private plunge pool to cool off more privately on your balcony space, or there is a cooler infinity-style main pool with large (double) sunbeds built into the shallow part of the pool. Use the bakery 10-min walk away for breakfast. Would highly recommend staying, perfect base for exploring Santorini. V close to main bus terminal.

We were greeted on arrival by George the property manager. He was was the perfect host and supplied us with various recommendations for our trip and was happy to help whenever needed. We were given a lovely bottle of wine when we arrived and also a gift when we left which was a nice personal touch. The rest of the staff also worked tirelessly to make sure the property was keep spotless. Service all round was 10/10. Lilium Homes are in a great location, a 10 minute walk to Fira with supermarkets close by. Fira was great for sunsets, shopping, restaurants and nightlife. It was also a central location to visit many other beautiful places in Santorini. The home itself was beautiful, clean and in a peaceful location. We loved having our own pool and jacuzzi! It was a nice touch that we could have breakfast delivered from a local restaurant before we headed out for the day. Can’t wait to return!

One small detail, no hand rail on the stairways to upper apartment floor, we had a slip and fall down the stairs and they are so narrow a handrail might have prevented the fall

Our 2 bedroom apartment was absolutely gorgeous, with high quality finishes. The beds were very comfortable and we all had the best night sleep so far. The property is a 10 minute walk to Fira with a view over the Eastern side of the island. The manager George is a wonderful person who is willing to help with any requests.

A recycling bin would have been handy and some basic kitchen supplies like salt and olive oil.

George and his staff are so nice and hospitable. Very grateful for all their service. Rooms were lovely and cool even when we turned the aircon off. Gorgeous outside seating areas to choose from depending on the shade. Lovely mix of lavender, olive trees and grasses against the angles of the buildings. Lovely pool. Super comfy beds. Santorini is super expensive so it was great to be able to cook a couple of meals.
