Nothing not to like.

This apartment was spotlessly clean, and I mean spotless. It was cleaned every day, the towels were white and soft and fluffy. The owners were lovely, they arranged transport for us and let us keep our apartment later until our taxi came. We had a terrace with an umbrella, but it was just shady enough. It's perfectly located. I can't fault this place in any way.

There was nothing I could fault!

The studios were absolutely lovely. Nicely decorated, comfortable, well equipped and impeccably clean. The rooms are generously sized and have all the necessary equipment for self catering. The owners were very welcoming, helpful and accommodating, offering tips for places to see and making sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere is very calm and the studios are a short walk to the beach, through a very picturesque alley. I'll definitely be booking with Leonidas for future visits!

Despite the very late arrival, Lewnidas met us and checked us in. Lewnidas was very kind and caring. He helped with everything, gave useful advice and instructions. He explained how to move around the island and recommended special places to visit. The accommodation is close to the beach, which was very convenient. Every day they cleaned, changed linen and towels. We were pleased with the provision of daily coffee capsules! Cafes and shops nearby. We had a great vacation.

The only thing we would mention is that the kitchen/living area with the two beds was very warm due to the air con being in the main bedroom, but luckily we had a portable fan which helped with that!

We loved the apartment. It was large for a family of 4 with two separate bedroom areas, and had everything we needed. Leonidas was so welcoming and allowed us to check in very early and check out very late! This allowed us to have a full extra day in Santorini within the comfort of the apartment. The location is great, right next to the beach and walkable to everything including the bus stop to Thira. Leonidas also recommended what we should do during our short stay which helped make it more memorable, and he arranged transfers to and from the port and airport. The property exceeds my expectations looking brilliant in reality compared with the pictures provided. We rented an apartment which was indeed spacious for 2 adults and 2 children, high ceils, recently painted (2024) nothing was left behind in order to welcome guests. Very close to the beach (2-3 minutes walk) and local amenities, also main bus stop for Fira in case you want to visit. Plenty of restaurants around also. The apartment was cleaned daily while we were at the beach and towels and sheets replaced every few days I believe. Has AC, fridge , a small kitchen, and a wardrobe. The owner is very helpful ordering me a taxi every time I needed one and also provides details about best beach area to use( an the cheapest). I understand there are some pictures on google maps added by various users with a pool, please understand that is not part of this property is just someone else hotel’s pool, visible from the apartment’s balcony as all the properties in the area are packed and closed to each other.

We spent a fantastic weekend.. the structure is in the center very close to the beach and bus stop. It is really clean and the owner are really kindly and always available for any kind of request.. perfect for a long stay or also just for a weekend.

Maybe the only minus I can find is the lack of the strong wifi signal. My phone was always losing the network, maybe a couple of repeaters in the rooms will make the place even better — but I don’t want to nag, it is overshadowed by the perfect service from the other aspects

For its category it’s absolutely perfect. Location in Kamari provides a very quick access to the beaches with facilities as well as places with very good kitchen. The house is impeccably clean, Leonidas is very responsive and friendly. He can organize a transfer both to and from the airport. You can be sure that coffee capsules and sugar will be renewed, your bed will be tidied up, the floor and the dust cleaned, and Leonidas will help to resolve any possible problem.

Leonidas is great host, helped us with transfer from the port, was available when ever needed. Let us leave our bags after check-out. Aparment was very clean and cosy. We really enjoyed our stay. Wish we planned to stay longer.

No pool but the sea is just around the corner and great for swimming. Also the transport system is bad, all buses need to go through Fiera and taxis are a complete ripoff for such short journeys (it's a small island)

The location is great, quiet but central. The service is professional, good communication without being intrusive. And cleaned daily. Balcony at the front and back. Good variety of restaurants (Fistikies restaurant was our favourite, we ate here 3 times! 😋, Bacchus on the way to the open air cinema serves nice Moussaka ,🇬🇷).

Leonidas was the lovliest host - we had an accident and he helped us out so nicely in the middle of the night, picking us up from the hospital etc. He was so helpful und caring, we were very grateful! Due to the accident we had to leave on our 2nd day, but we liked the apartment a lot, it was very close to the beach and had everything we needed. Thank you!

All was good!

The apartment was in an excellent location, close to the beach, numerous restaurants, tavernas, bakeries, and groceries. It was well equipped, the beds were comfortable. The balcony has 3 chairs and a table and had views of the sea and hills. The bathroom has a full sized tub. The owners were nice, accessible and responsive. The bus stop is a short walk. I would definitely stay here again.

It was lovely, spacious, the host couldn’t help enough. Helped me with getting to and from the airport/port. Gave us idea of what to do. The room was so nice quiet with really good aircon. I can’t recommend this enough. Will definitely return!

As we were looking for self contained studio apartments at an affordable budget we couldn’t fault what the Leonidas had to offer -we initially chose a room looking onto the fairly noisy road but our host was very accommodating and with no fus at all moved us to the back of the property which suited us perfectly

This is a perfect location in the middle of Kamari only one block back from the beach front and benefits from offering a tranquil setting whilst being in amongst the many bars taverna’s and beach beds

We loved everything!

The apartment is well stocked with a big fridge and small hob, the beds were comfy and the air con was great and it only takes 5min tops to walk to the beach. I was working while in Santorini and the wifi was really fast. There is a house keeper who comes every morning. We really enjoyed our stay and the host was very attentive and always ready to help.
