Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

The place was amazing, much better than the photos. Lefteris daughter was super helpful and kind with us. It’s clean and comfy. Would definitely stay here again

It was clean with nice touches such as free tea/coffee, jam, butter and bread. The washing machine was a great addition.

United KingdomWe would have liked a pool - but we knew when we booked that there wasn't one, and booked anyway.
The flat was well designed and equipped. We enjoyed the main balcony, which was quite private and overlooked a vineyard. We prepared all our evening meals in the kitchen and ate them on the balcony. It was also handy having a washing machine. We liked the quiet neighbourhood, with a useful bus stop and a large supermarket within 10 minutes walk, and Thira within 20. The owners were friendly and helpful.

It's about 15 minutes walk from the centre of Fira, but there is a bus stop near the hotel and nearly all the bus routes pass by it. Friendly and helpful owners. It was perfect for me, close enough that I could get wherever I wanted to, yet quiet in the evening and at night because it is a little away from the nightlife of Fira.

ItalyWe had an amazing time in Lefteris Houses. We couldn't expect to have better owners, they were very nice, available and helped us a lot organizing activities on the island and transfers to and from the airport. The position is very good and central, 5minutes to Thira with scooter, and there are many bus stations nearby so it is very well connected. The cleaning was perfect, they cleaned up the apartment every day. The apartment was provided with everything you may need and when we arrived we found a bottle of water in the fridge, and also things for the breakfast. The island is spectacular and we couldn't find a better place to spend our time there. We highly recommend lefteris houses if you want to have a beautiful time in Santorini.

Lefteris's house located in Karterados, 10 mins walking from Fira. A really spacious house, extremely clean and beautiful, fully equipped for a family. Looks like exactly like the pics and even better. Lefteris, the owner was very helpful and kind. I totally recommend this house for your stay in Santorini.
