We had a wonderful stay in Santorini! Langas Villas had the most breathtaking view over the Caldera and ocean from the terrace. This is also where we witnessed the most beautiful sunsets every evening. The apartment that we stayed in is roughly 100m from the main building, but it is very easy to walk there to enjoy the views. Nick and Anna were the best! We only arrived after midnight due to our flight, and they were so understanding and accommodating. They were very helpful and kind during our whole stay. Would highly recommend staying here.

Best view on the island without the crowds. We felt tucked away in our own little apartment with a balcony which looks directly at the sunset. Unbeatable location. Nick, Anna and Jason made us feel so welcome and comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. This family run hotel is well worth a stay. We will be back!

Most outstanding was our host, Nicolas, who was helpful , honest, and informative in every regard.. The location is terrific, and as good as the photos, if not better. Reputedly in one of the highest places on the island the views ( and sunsets) are breathtaking.. It is in Imerovigli , a half hour downhill walk to Fira, from where all the busses leave, although one bus comes to Imerovigli if you don't want to walk there. It is at the top of the hill so only a matter of steps to our apartment. From our front porch we saw many labouring guests walk up from or down to their hotels, and felt grateful to be staying in Langas Villas. It's in a great spot for people watching! Imerovigli is also a quieter locale so absent from the hordes frequenting Fira or Oia.. The room was tastefully furnished and the beds particularly comfortable. We really enjoyed the covered front front porch sitting area with the amazing views, and the rooftop pool area. We also greatly enjoyed the delicious and generous daily breakfasts included as part of the package. If you want to eat out there are some great local offerings-we enjoyed Confetti for delicious ice cream and artisanal desserts.

The owners of the property went above and beyond to ensure our every need was met - and exceeded. It felt more like staying at our family's home rather than a hotel. Breakfast was more than adequate and promptly delivered each morning. The cleaning staff exceeded expectations.

Staying at Langas was more than I expected. From the location on top of the hill, to the view of the caldera and the private sunset show from our room, to the room itself, it was just wonderful. But the owners were the best part. They made it feel like I was visiting family and not just a cold or charming hotel. The care for details, the pride in their hotel, and the way they talked to you was like a beautiful family playing host. Even when their job was done at check-out, the owner went the extra mile and showed up at the bus station to give us a ride to the main station so we wouldn't be late to catch our ferry. That melted my heart, especially because at check-out we could only say goodbye to him and his wife, but seeing him show up and do this after they didn't have any more obligations to us really made me feel like he was an uncle of mine. I will never be able to think of Santorini without Langas Villas.

Water in pool very cold. Which is surprising, because it is in a sun for 12 hours everyday. Breakfast was good, but they ask you what you want for breakfast on the arrival and then you get the same thing you ordered every day. I would make sense to have a choice everyday.

The host family were very friendly. Breakfast was really good. And the view of course.

Very minor thing: Conditioner was not replaced after it ran out (we stayed for a week), but probably it would have been solved if we had pointed it out :)

Beautiful hotel located at the highest location of Imerovigli. This means extra privacy as there are no properties situated above it. Also no need to carry luggage's all the way down, and since there is a small road behind the property, you can get a taxi to the door. We stayed in the "Superior Suite with Hot Tub & Caldera View". We did not travel for honeymoon, but we would have had no complaints had this room been our honeymoon suite. The room quality is very high. The view from the balcony and roof terrace and unbelievable and the best in the island (better than Fira or Oia in our opinion). The room was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable, some of the best I have encountered while traveling. The breakfast is excellent, served on the balcony and there is a lot of food. The hosts could also tailor the breakfast timing and content day by day if requested. Last but not least, the staff is very friendly and very concerned that you have the best time possible :) All in all, we had an amazing time and would love to come back some day.

There was nothing that we didn’t like .

We stayed in the apartment with village view and it was perfect for us. ( 2 adults and 17&15 year old). It’s a traditional house with a lot of character. There were two private terraces , one of which had sea views from the non caldera side of the island . I witnessed an amazing sunrise from the terrace . The whole place was immaculate and comfortable . We had all beds made up after just one night which was a real treat. Perfect location within the village. We had access to the roof top terrace and pool which had incredible views. Spacious and comfortable bathroom , 100% the best of 5 we stayed in on this trip. Wonderful hosts.

The location was nice and quiet, a bit further out from the super touristy areas which is nice if you want to relax, but still walking distance to Fira when you want to go explore. The staff's level of service was beyond anything I've ever experienced, being family run they went the extra mile. The view from the pool was also out of this world amazing.

Everything was great no complaints!

Staff anna, nickolos and Jason were very helpful and welcoming. View was breathtaking, we were able to have an open view of the sunset and the sea from our rooms. The location of the hotel was very close to the bus stop and restaurants. The rooms were extremely spacious and clean, they offered a wide varieties of yummy food at breakfast which was very filling. There was a hot tub outside the rooms which was very clean and nice. Staff also gave us very good recommendations of where to eat and where to visit in the island.

Excellent stay in the junior apartment with caldera view. Perfect location, wonderful view of the caldera - we loved watching the sunset from the front outdoor patio of our room. The included breakfast was delicious with nice choices, brought to our room at the time of our choosing, and beautifully but simply presented on the patio table with the gorgeous caldera view. Owners and staff were very helpful and kind- you can tell they care about their guests. Excellent restaurant recommendations. The optional car service to and from the airport is reasonable and so very helpful. Pool is quite small but that’s not unusual for the area. Imerovigli never felt crowded or loud even in the height of summer. I highly recommend Langas Villas.

Whilst the property was amazing, the steps around the room are quite steep and I wouldn’t recommend for those people who struggle with steps (although the property was fine for us) :-)

We were extremely happy with the accommodation and the views were the best in Santorini. The rooftop pool must be the highest in Santorini - we loved it.

Nothing to do with the host, but the road to get to the villa was very narrow. If you are renting a car, you have to park it and walk from there.

In one word "Awesome". The view was exceptional, we could see the sunset from our balcony. Exceptional hospitality by Anna, Nicholas and their Son. Always ready to help you out and make your stay comfortable.

We stayed in a four-person apartment at Langas Villas with stunning caldera and sea views. Located at a higher spot in Imerovigli, the views were, of course, amazing. We had a wonderful time! The apartment had everything we needed, and the owners, Anna, Nicholas, and Jason, were perfect hosts. We felt very welcomed and comfortable. We had breakfast on the terrace every day, and the owners put every effort into making us feel as comfortable as possible. We highly recommend this place and wish to come back one day.
