Breakfast wasn't that good to be honest and plus the cat was all over us when we try to enjoy our meals thats the only downside.

Rooms are nice, but could use a bit of attention. There are no shelfs or cabinets to put and arrange your clothes (only three hangers). And no where to hang wet clothes to dry (would be nice with drying possibilities on the balcony). When traveling as a family of four there is a lot of clothes - dry and wet. Bathroom is very basic and in general needs some attention. Shelfs and other stuff has been removed from the walls and the holes are still there (looks unfinished). Just like in the room there is very few options to put your soap, hang your towel and/or other stuff. Floor is 100% wet after shower which obviously has destroyed the door and handle (short term fix: paint the door and ignore the water damage and the rusty handle). Outside area seems a bit unfinished a few places. Lampposts left undone (again looks unfinished). Apparently all palm trees are attacked by insects eating them from the inside, so all palm trees are cut down. Force majeure but a pity for the overall outside esthetic feeling. Breakfast is as expected. Local dishes, white bread, yoghurt and fruit. Would be nice if it was possible to buy water, soft drinks and maybe a beer at the pool area. Doesn’t have to be much - just a fridge and an easy way to pay.

Excellent staff - Carolina and Letisia, the breakfast lady and pool/ handy man. Very kind and helpful. Our son had to go to the hospital and Carolina was a big help. Good location, only 10 minute walk to Perissa Beach. Nice and well kept pool area. Outside area is nice in general (see comments below). Close to bus stop that takes you to Fira and from there to other destinations on the island. Close to Carrefour market and a very good local bakery.

Tap water was salty, the shower was open with a hand held shower head, water got all over the bathroom floor.

the shower is very small, nearly impossible to take a shower without making the whole bathroom wet. At night it was super windy, you could hear it through the windows, so unfortunately I didn’t have a good sleep.

spacious rooms, nice location to stay in Perissa if you don’t like crowds and prefer to be in a calm place. Our rooms had balconies, which was really nice. The reception guy was very helpful and nice. :)

Shower needs a curtain so the water does not spill everywhere. Rooms need better airtight windows because its hard to sleep when its windy outside ( you can hear the wind blowing through the windows. The doors of the room are not air-tight, so you can hear everything in the "stairwell"(no intimacy).

Staff was awesome, Elvis and Midiya were the best, very helpful and nice! Bathrobe and slippers are a nice addition. Breakfast is good, diverse, could have more fruits and vegetables.

The only criticism I would have is they don’t serve food/snacks during the day. They can order food from another hotel but it’s not ideal.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Rooms were spacious and the family room was well designed with a large balcony. The beds were very comfortable The pool area was lovely. The staff particularly Mehdi and Elvis are outstanding. Both were friendly and so helpful. The hotel is a 15 min pleasant walk to Perissa. We as a family enjoyed the walk.

Lovely apartment-Excellent location 7 minutes walk to beach and 2 minutes to bus stop. Staff were exceptional - Elvis, Media, Malik- friendly, helpful, kind and breakfast was just perfect! The pool is really lovely and kids enjoyed spending time there in the evenings. Highly recommend!

The property is a bit far of the beach, Perissa beach, you have to walk about 15 min.

Bathroom so small. Noise in the night

Poor breakfast. Same food everyday ( if you can call it food). Most of the tourists buying their own food to eat in the morning from the market. Cats jumping on your table leaving lots of hair.

The pool was a big hit, specious and well maintained. Also our room had a beautiful view.

It would have been nice to have a shop in walking distance. But the local bakery ,which is 5 minutes from the hotel, had almost everything what we needed.

Everything was perfect, the staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was suitable for a European standard with amazing Greek delicates. The room was cleaned every day, the towels were changed daily. We had an amazing time there. Highly recommend.

Very bad smell from the cesspit that wqa coming from the bathroom and was trapped in the room. The breakfast was also bad.

The room was dirty, the bathroom door wasn’t able to close shut, the bathroom/drainage smelled horribly the entire time, the towels and robes and sheets were stained, and the electricity was not reliable when we arrived.
