Very unique property right on the water & in the middle of one of the best beaches in Greek Islands, Masouri beach. The food was phenomenal & we could order our breakfast (or whatever else we wanted) to our room or down by the beach. Couple times we had dinner overlooking the water. The view was also amazing. We are world travelers and we could easily rate this in our top 3 hotel/vacation stays ever!

It looks good on pictures and the description sounds great but with such costs/night one should expect a certain level of service. The naming of the room is a bit misleading, the room with a terrace has NO sea view because it is in a semi basement with a small private terrace that is a level below the main terrace. Bedding, towels, bathrobes seems a bit old and well used but not well maintained. It was more on the hard and scratchy side rather than soft and fluffy. The kitchenette although very well-equipped was too cluttered to use beyond making coffee/ pouring drinks plus the in room mini fridge was not working properly.

Location on the beach was excellent. Our time spent having breakfast and early evening drinks watching the sunset on the main terrace was great. The bed was comfortable indeed and the nespresso machine in the room was convenient for morning coffee looking at the view. The staff was very chill, friendly and nonchalant. The hotel beach bar offers free sun beds and an outdoor shower to rinse off before going to your room.

AC was not working but in June we didn't really need it. Towels could be softer.

The room was newly and well refurbished. The coffee machine and daily supplied capsules were nice. The room was airy, when you opened the balcony door a nice breeze and sea sound helped you to have a nice sleep. Breakfast is the weakest meal in Greece as we know, but you can have it either at the seaside or on terras with a beautiful sea view; so it was okay. Lastly, the staff was friendly and helpful.

Five nights of bliss. The bed, pillows, sheets were dreamy. the view everyday and night was sensational. Free daybeds, water so beautiful and clear. best frappe made on beach. breakfast every morning was so good. Constantina and staff all so lovely and attentive.

Sometimes neighbours can be noisy, but it’s not something the owner can influence.

A small but really cosy studio, where you can feel care and love in every detail as well as in the communication. I felt very comfortable indeed.

Lots of stairs (similar to other hotels nearby) thus not convenient for all guests Beach very packed, all sunbeds almost touching each other.

This hotel was just not right for us at this life stage: as a couple travelling with an active toddler, due to the number of steps, lack of security fencing etc. With a young baby it would be possible (though still not ideal in our opinion) but definitely not a roving toddler! We had to leave early because it was not safe for a toddler and we could not relax. I must say that this was true of Kalymos island in general, not just this hotel - we went back to the safety (and relatively mass touristy and family friendly) Kos. A bit more proactive communication needed from the staff e.g. that there was a mosquito plug in our room. We did not find out about this until we found it by chance on the second night and it led to a much better night sleep.

Beautifully appointed room, tastefully decorated, gorgeous view. The hotel deserves a higher score than we give it as it is clearly offering a charming boutique experience for couples, backpackers and adventure travellers. It has a lovely beach bar, and a laid back, bohemian vibe. (In short: the hotel we would have stayed in before we had kids, good if they could make that a bit clearer because offering the cot bed was nice of them, but gave the wrong impression). We'd like to thank the staff for their understanding when we had to leave early to find somewhere more toddler friendly!

We absolutely loved this charming hotel. The rooms were classically cool, tasteful and comfortable, with a view that was wonderful to wake up to and fall asleep to. Breakfast was lovely and enjoyed on the terrace looking out to sea. My daughter loved the Greek pancakes that they made especially for her. Everyone was friendly and welcoming and the hotel was perfect for my teenage daughters to have their first taste of an independent holiday.

Nothing really. Rooms are not huge but perfectly big enough and all with balconies or sitting areas. Hot water supply is a bit variable but this is a small island and liable to power cut outs etc, just go with the flow.

Location is wonderful, on the beach with very comfy beach beds and a great bay for swimming in. Amazing views and sunsets. Incredibly hosts and perfectly placed within the little resort of Masouri which has a lot of charm and some great places to eat.

Thw bathroom is really small and everything get's wet while showering.

The rooms are small but precious. The view is amazing. You can listen to the sea at night.
