The staff was fantastic, we ate at the restaurants each night because it was so good and the room and bed was very comfortable. Communication before we arrived and during our stay was fantastic.

One of the best hotels from our last trip. The view is absurd. Every morning they serve the breakfast outside your door and this was a luxury experience. Also the private tube was nice and warm. The hotel itself its beautiful, the staff is amazing they carry our heavy luggage for us (make sure you tip the guy), they arrange the transport to airport/port and I recommend it, its easier and hassle free for the same price charged for taxis/uber. The restaurant has good food and the location is also good. Is in the beginning of the pedestrian trail but still a very good location to explore Oia. Very good experience.

Nothing. Be warned that there are some stairs to enter and exit the hotel but it’s worth it.

The property was exceptionally clean. The staff were also very courteous! Our ferry was delayed but they still remained 5 star and waited for us. They decorated our room with very little information about our arrival time. They prepared all the activities we wanted to do and booked it for us. The reception staff were quick to answer emails in the lead up. The most sensational thing about the hotel are the views and location. ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE.

For older guests, or guests with mobility issues, hand rails on the stairwells would be a welcomed addition, to this near perfect hotel!

Breakfast exceptional; lots of variety, and very romantic, as breakfast was served to your balcony in the morning. The location in Oia was very central, so accessible to shops, local eateries and transport.

The emergency light at the top of the door in the room was too bright and it was facing directly to the bed. We need to wear the sleep mask to sleep which is quite unusable and uncomfortable ! Unstable WiFi

Great location in Oia and outstanding staff. Very helpful in helping us plan our days and tours. Their driver, Vasilis was outstanding, we did a day tour with him that was fun and informative. Hotel reception staff was helpful in recommendations for dinner and activities.

We are 75 And 77 and weren’t told there was 139 steps to the street and 50 steps to the swimming pool and restaurant, so it spoilt things for us

Breakfast choices are the same everyday. Airport transfer arranged by the hotel could be more efficient. We had to wait for over 30 minutes in the heat for our private transfer despite reservation and had to opt for another ride on our own.

Great service from all staff. The fragrance/aroma used in the reception area and our suite is refreshing and soothing, a wonderful respite from climbing the steps and after a long day in the sun.

A bit overpriced (probably because of the location). The terraces have no privacy (at least in the honeymoon suite category) and as often is, the rooms could do better in terms of practicality.

the property is located in one of the best locations in Oia. In the morning, the breakfast with the Caldera in front, It's a fantastic landscape. excellent quality of services. very professional and friendly all the staff.

Nothing - it was PERFECT!

La Perla is an amazing property and experience. The location on the caldera is spectacular. The rooms are large and beautiful. The service including the outdoor jacuzzi, seaside breakfast service and reception and porter staff are incredible. This was a wonderful, wonderful experience!
