The only thing I would recommend is to change the main door locks. I couldn’t open the door the time I was there, but the manager explained my friend how to do it, and he was able to do it. It was tricky.

It is a great place. The property manager was super helpful. He let us borrow an iron we needed, and also got out of his way to fill in a Jacuzzi that was’t being used to let me make a photoshoot I wanted with the best view of the property. Very thankful with his help.

We want to thank you for the great time we had at your premises “La Casa de Caldera “ . Nico hosted us, a very nice guy eager to explain, help and bring whatever one may need. The place is perfect, súper clean and cozy, the area, the jacuzzi and the views could not be better. We are super happy and sattisfied on our choice. Guests may need to be cautious of the slippery floor especially after enjoying the hot tub. The shower is a bit weak.

Elfi and Nick provided great service and are so helpful. The suite is so clean and has the beautiful view of Oia. Overall, we enjoyed staying at the suite!

The location with the perfect view! The breakfast was nice. The room and the terrace are perfect. Mike was really nice and Helpful, he helped us with the transfert from/to the port! Also a special thanks to our driver who was super nice and really welcoming, he gave us great informations about the island and made our transfert really enjoyable!

It would be nice to have some kitchen equipment, like a water boiler, some dishes and cutlery, just if you want to eat something in the amazing terrace of your room.

The place is dreamed. Best location, 15min walk to Oia main street. Incredible views, beds are super comfy, and hot water for a shower is perfect.

Toilet tank was broken and we had to close the faucet after every usage. The bathroom floor was always wet (from shower and leaking toilet tank maybe)

The view is stunning and quite private path for that area. Good communication with the host. Glasses and water were provided in the room.

So, OK, Oia is exceedingly expensive, and if you want to take part in the exclusive sightseeing game on a budget, you may expect a little shabbiness. You will find your share of that in the damp bathroom, with its non-existent shower tray, the rickety shelf, etc. And I'm OK with that. But I draw the line at cleanliness, or rather the lack thereof: come on, no sheets, honestly? I wonder if the (threadbare) beadspread was washed for the next customers, but that's all we had by way of top sheets. And what's with the spider invasion? We killed a few of them. And the dead insects in the corner. And the stains on the floor, and the dodgy wifi, with the disconnected router behind the door to remind us... Really, we all come here to enjoy the sights, but a little more attention to detail should be mandatory when you pay though your nose to visit a place like Santorini. And if you ask for breakfast to be served at 8.30 because you have a flight to catch, 8.50 simply misses the mark. But everything goes apparently, as the tourists will keep flocking to Oia regardless.

The views. The views. The views. That's their main selling point, and I dare say, their only one. But at the end of the day, in spite of all the shortcomings of the room, you will always remember the views.

The bathroom was very dated and there were water leaks. The breakfast was the same every day - very good orange juice and fruit salad, but other then that, the products were of low quality; no meet, no eggs, no cheese, no vegetables.

The views are spectacular. The host is nice. Location close to the bus stop.
