Thought airport being close would cause a problem but it was very quiet no planes after 11.30 and with windows closed no noise pollution.

1 night stay, very clean apartment received a lovely welcome from Sandy and Dino. Will be returning in a few weeks for longer

Not something that bothered me as it didn't affect us but, like everywhere in Kamari, it is by the airport and on the flight path. The flights don't go through the night though and personally even though they are loud when they pass it never woke me up. But could depend on if you are light sleeper I guess.

We loved staying at La Belle Vie, it's a lovely small and intimate set of apartments with a beautiful and refreshing pool to cool off in. It's very close to the beach and all the other amenities. The apartment itself is really spacious and comfortable and kept immaculately clean. Really great value and would definitely recommend if you are thinking of staying in Kamari. Dino was really accommodating and always around to answer any questions we had!

We had a perfect stay in Kamari. Very attentive hosts, comfortable room, everything top notch. The bed was very comfortable. We usually made oatmeal for breakfast, the kitchen was perfect for that. I imagine you could prepare similar simple meals, but maybe not more complex ones. We loved that each window and the terrace door had mosquito nets applied. The room is spacious, we could even do a simple home workout in it :) The location is also great, two minutes to get to the beach. It's worth to note that this end of the beach had bigger waves, so we usually walked more (~10 mins) to get to the calmer beach area, but we were fine with that. Also, as others mentioned, the planes are really close, but they don't really fly between 23:00 and 6:30, so we were fine with that, too. Otherwise it's a really quiet and calm location :)

Loved everything!

La Belle Vie is a wonderful place to stay. The design of the apartment, the pool, the location and most of all the people make this an excellent choice. Booked for two nights but extended the stay.

Comfortable, great location only few mins walk to beach shops and restaurants, nice pool and good price drinks. Perfect host , always available on WhatsApp and good recommendations on where to eat and visit on the island, allowed us to check out late due to a late cancellation from next guests, at no extra cost and we were greeted at apartments when we checked in after midnight. Room clean and powerful hot shower. Nice touch with the welcome caps which we used , postcards and fridge magnets. Would definitely stay again. Thanks

This isn’t about the property but Kamari is on the flight path for planes coming into Santorini so you will see and hear them but there are only one or two per hour so it’s not too much of a disturbance at all.

Loved everything! The location was brilliant and quiet, the room was spacious and extremely clean, the pool was great, overall it was perfect for what we needed. Dino was a great host and gave us quite a few recommendations for food and helped us book an excursion too! I would highly recommend staying here if you are going to Kamari, you will not regret it. Only a very short walk to the beach and to all the bars and restaurants

Breakfast was included for additional cost. We however chose to prepare our own breakfast. All kitchen facilities were available in order to do this. The owners were very helpful in arranging trips and airport transfers.

Hosts Dino and Sandy were lovely, friendly and helpful. Apartment clean (Catarina looked after us very well) and very comfortable in a quiet location, with the occasional plane due to being so close to the airport, but only a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Was easy to get to all the touristy parts of Santorini on the local buses which were cheap and frequent but often busy!

Spacious and very clean, close to restaurants and beach. Dino and Sandy were very welcoming. Ours was a short stay but very enjoyable and comfortable.

Probably not a downside for most people! We like having a kitchen to cook a meal or two and there was just enough in the kitchen to make an omelette or some pasta but probably not anything more complex than that.

The location was perfect for us- a few minutes to the beach and restaurants but just far enough away to be quiet (Kamari is on the flight path for the airport but the planes are infrequent and you can only hear them for a few seconds each time) Dino and his wife were lovely hosts- really warm and welcoming. The apartment itself was far bigger than we were expecting with a large comfortable bed and seating area. Having the pool to cool off in was wonderful and the sunloungers were also really lovely. The bed was made and the room cleaned each day which made it even more relaxing :)

Our air conditioner was broken second to the last day so that was the only issue we had. I would say always go find them downstairs than texting them.

The review is long overdue! They made the stay so amazing. The hosts are both so nice and accommodating. Thank you so much for the best birthday vacation experience.
