Our room needed a few wee maintenance things but otherwise was great.

Fantastic location in Fira, walking distance to nearby shops/restaurants etc. Owner and staff were so helpful and provided us with heaps of recommendations for our stay in Santorini. The room was small but it was all we needed. Had a nice pool area.

Both Konstantinos and Stan were absolutely wonderful. Both gave great recommendations for restaurants and activites and were so accommodating with all our requests and questions. The hotel was lovely but these two gentlemen really made it worth the while!

The biggest con is that there is nowhere to dry your pool towels or bathers (since the hotel comes with a pool). The place could do with some clothing lines outside. The shower has no separation, which means you flood the entire bathroom floor. The bed could also do with a fitted sheet, because it kept getting loose during the night, so you slept directly on the mattress in some places. It would be nice if there was a separate terrace for smoking. Some people sat right outside their rooms and the smoked would float into the other rooms through open windows, which is annoying for non-smokers like me. It would also be helpful to introduce quiet hours. Some inconsiderate guests were playing loud music after midnight and talked very loudly on the rooftop terrace early in the morning.

Upon arrival, I received a warm welcome at the reception desk and was immediately introduced to things to do on the island. They gave me a map and highlighted places worth seeing. They were also available for any questions throughout the stay. Upon request, they also provided you with extra towels for the room as well as pool or beach towels. Towels are only changed upon requests, which makes it more environmentally friendly. The place comes with a pool and rooftop terrace, which can be used by everyone. The beds were super comfortable, with a very thick mattress. The room I stayed in was sort of underground with only a tiny window next to the entrance door. It gave traditional settlement/cavehouse vibes, which was a fun experience. My personal highlight was that they offer single rooms for solo travellers. The location is a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre, which was nice because that made it generally a quiet place.

Super friendly and helpful staff. He recommended a great Greek taverna for dinner. Room clean and nice. Comfortable bathroom. Close to the bus station and the center of Fira. There is a swimming pool in the hotel, but I didn't use it. The hotel's terraces are good for admiring sunrises and sunsets.

Nothing - all was great. If you are arriving late in the evening just make sure you have bottled water with you as you cannot drink the tap water on the island. Our only problem was that we didn’t stay longer due to other arrangements. We will be back!

Stan was so great upon arrival as we got in later in the evening. Communication between the property and myself was so great! They assisted us with a transfer from the airport and paid cash to the driver, this was so handy! Cute little local dog greeted us (Sissy or CC?) Pool was good and the rooms were lovely. Location was great and close to everything, highly recommend staying.

We had an absolutely amazing first few days of our honeymoon at this hotel! The views from both terraces were fabulous! The reception staff were fantastic, Stan & Konstantinos are a massive asset to this property! They gave us great local advice of things to do and places to eat & drink. The pool was lovely for chilling and relaxing for a few hours, it is small, but more than enough for cooling off and perfectly clean! Location of the hotel is fab, just far enough out of the hustle & bustle but still close enough to be there in just a short walk! Room was compact but lovely and had everything we needed for our stay. Will 100% come back in the future and will recommend to others!

The fridge maybe a bit small, and no option for coffee in the morning unless you go to the nearest cafe (not far at all) apart from that best experience

Everything was perfect from the receptionists to the equipments. They were all very helpful and so nice. The hotel is located less than 2 minutes walk from the center where everything happens.

Perfect location, 5 minutes away from the city centre of Fira, we had perfect communication with the staff. Konstantinos and Stan explained everything with details about the best places in Santorini and welcomed us. Thank you!

There is no glass in the room.

The hotel is practically in the city center. Within walking distance to the train station, central attractions, there are inexpensive taverns with good cuisine nearby

The only downside were the tall stairs leading up to the main street.

The location was perfect, everything was within walking distance and close to the centre. The staff were very nice and accommodating, especially Stan! He made our stay enjoyable. Despite being close to the centre, the area still felt safe and was considerably quiet.

The boys at reception were so friendly and helpful, they made my stay super amazing! They were willing to help with anything and really made it feel like a home away from home! The location is great as well, just a short walk from the Main Street of shops

Shuttle service to the airport did not show up at the established time early in the morning, which made for some stress, but the staff had provided us with his number so we called him and he came quickly after that.

Great location, spacious and comfortable room with a traditional-yet-modern design including a vaulted ceiling and lights under the beds, helpful staff who made very good suggestions for sightseeing and eating options. And a very reasonable price.

Tastefully decorated split level room with large bathroom - perfect for family of four. Quiet location but a short walk to centre and bus station. A great base from which to explore the island. Konstantinos and Stan were very helpful and gave good advice re: places to visit and restaurants.

There was one small issue with ants in my room which I complained about and they instantly fixed it.

Super nice staff, they really take care of you, they are all eager to help you. The pool is nice cozy and romantic, the views are amazing and the prices are about as low as you can find in the area, not much to complain about.
