while understandable in converting older building, the configuration of the WC required some contortions, less than ideal

location perfect to explore Chania - by far the best thing was the staff, nothing was too much trouble, smiling, polite, efficient and professional (particularly the breakfast room staff)

Hotel did not have a pool and our room had no bath. However there are signs that say they want to save on water even for laundry so understandable.

Very close to Chania centre and port, we walked there every day. Close to bus station also if you need to take an excursion. Breakfast had lots of choice. Room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.

Staff was very helpful. Breakfast buffet included many options, and was quick and efficient. The location was perfect -- easy to drive to but close to the historic center of Chania. We easily could walk to a variety of restaurants in five minutes. Hotel parking was tight, but it was good to have parking available this close to the historic center.

if you decide to use the hotel’s parking it sounds inconvenient and pricey. we got very lucky with street parking (we parked and didn’t move our car until we left the area). the view from our room was a few ugly buildings, so really no view from the very big balcony. no gym either but that’s probably not why you are reserving at this hotel.

very close to the old town so very convenient location. breakfast had a nice selection and family room was spacious. the staff was very nice too. if you’re visiting Chania old town a stay here is convenient.

the shower and bathtubs were really small. It would be a struggle for bigger sized people to wash in the shower/bathtub that we had. I thought Kostas at the reception seemed a little grumpy and could be more pleasant, but maybe he had a hard day :)

The rooms were amazing! Good size, bright lighting and clean. I liked that we had a balcony; one for each room and two separate rooms. Restaurant staff were lovely.

The bathroom was a bit small. Only a small place to put on my stuff. The glass door of the shower had no protectives, so the water was coming out on the floor. This was a bit uncomfortable for me.

I liked the room and the breakfast. I liked the double bed, it was high and very comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful! The location worked perfectly well for me! The staff was kind enough to let us stay longer after the bar area closing time with some friends!

location was perfect - just a few mins walk to old town and harbour. reception is open all hours. very efficient and friendly. has an old style which is something to treasure in these times. staff were very friendly. breakfast room is beautiful, food all freshly made, wonderful staff who clearly love working there went out of their way to make me welcome. 1st floor bar/ cafe area is great place to relax for coffee or drink or get some work done. accommodation was perfect and very quiet.

The hotel location is excellent, only 5-10 minutes walk from the harbour. The room was very nice, very comfortable bed, choice of pillows, free water put into the fridge each day, complimentary drink and snacks upon arrival. I was also given vouchers for a free drink at the bar and a free massage to be arranged at the location close by. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good, very nice room with tablecloths etc and good and pleasant service. I cannot fault anything.
