We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaPool staff were mainly disinterested and lacked any kind of service throughout our stay. Cleaning of room was poor… no waters left in room after clean and no toilet paper after some cleans, to make it worse the cleaning hours were strangely late and at times, hadn’t been cleaned prior to returning to our room in the late evening. Room service for a club sandwich took 2 hours to receive and on top of this, a 15 euro bill to have it delivered to the room.. I understand Mykonos is expensive however this is absurd and unnecessary for poor service. Further to this, our safe battery died which prevented entry to our belongings. Upon bringing this to light to the staff, we were told they didn’t have replacement batteries and the technician was unavailable. This made our final night in mykonos rushed and, the knock on of this was an extra taxi bill as our taxi was waiting for this to be sorted. Personally wouldn’t stay here again…
Pool area was fantastic and with an amazing view! Location to Ornos is only a 10 minute walk, although a very dangerous! The ladies at reception were accommodating and a pleasure to deal with.

United KingdomWiFi was unusable in the room. TV was in the worst possible location and looked like something a teenage girl has in her room. The transparency of the payments you’re making at the hotel is lacking. Over a week you will pay for room service, poolside drinks etc. being hit with a huge bill at the end is a little daunting when your Mathematics aren’t perfect throughout. The hotel doesn’t have a shuttle service. Meaning round trip taxis daily will likely add £400-500 onto your expenses.
View is incredible. Loved our private pool and the main pool was also prime location. Swim-up was great touch. Pool staff were brilliant.

United KingdomStaff seemed to have suffered from the long layoff due to Covid and were rusty with regard to service. I expect that they will get back up to speed as the season progresses. That was the down side otherwise it was a lovely stay.
Loved the location, facilities, design and layout of the property. Views from bedroom were fantastic.

BulgariaThe hotel had amazing artwork everywhere, everything was interesting and eye catching. The cocktails were exceptional - crafted perfectly with unique tastes, the burger and chips we had were very nice and the staff were super friendly and helpful at the reception, bar and breakfast. Breakfast had some very interesting choices and very delicious! We stayed in 2 different rooms and both were amazing! We went when it was closing and Mykonos was very windy but we will definitely come back! Great location to the beach Ornos but the hotels private beach was perfect we ddint need to move.

HungaryI didn’t like the glass pool suite because there were no place for tanning around the pool and the service in the hotel was really bad. They never cleaned our room. Also there was a door between the suites so it was very noisy. We heard the neighbour all the time..
The location of the hotel was amazing and there were many good spots for taking good pictures for social media.
