What a stay we had in this wonderfull place ! First of all and propably the more important things while travelling, we met amazing people at Kipos. Very kind and helpfull on many ways (local activities, bike rental…), special mention to the owner and the barman ;) Then, we discovered our huge suite, with a beautifull terrace (see the photos ✨) and we enjoyed a really nice breakfast every morning. We had a really great time here hanging out at the pool or playing with the cute cat (that we (re)named Kipo 😅) Thanks a lot for this amazing stay, a great place to live in while travelling to Mykonos !

Host Nikos and Eva run a lovely family business! Operating a family business of our own we understand how much a sacrifice it is, especially with a young family. Nikos is such a welcoming host, so friendly and honest with his information and travel tips. The villas are lovely and gardens immaculate, especially around the amazing pool area!

We had an amazing stay at Kipos villas, and could have stayed on much longer! The room was really tasteful and clean, with everything you need. A highlight was the sea view from our terrace which was mesmerising! Breakfast and lunch were great, everything was reasonably priced. It’s not far out of town, the walk downhill was nice in the early evening, we did walk back up but I’d only recommend it if you’re fit as it’s very steep(!) Niko, Eva and their team were such welcoming hosts, very generous and made us feel so comfortable. Thank you so much!

Niko was very friendly and helpful Breakfast was amazing, sunset and view from property was incredible. Garden and outside was clean. Pool was refreshing. Room had everything we needed. Location was close to town all downhill and only 1km away plus views of the beach.

Extremely kind and welcoming hosts. Went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and make our stay easy and enjoyable. They served a delicious and varied breakfast and were extremely accommodating with any of our requests. Beautiful setting and view from the room and walkable to the town.

The house is 20 minutes walking distance from Mykonos Town. The roads in Mykonos aren't the best to walk because of the crazy traffic so consider this if you are not planing to rent a scooter or car. It was quiet windy during my whole stay but nothing to do with the property of course.

I love the house itself. Stunning looking. The type of house I would live in. Facing the sea from far away, the sunset can be enjoyed from the terrace since happens opposite to the house in August. Landlord left a welcome box since there are no shops or bars close it's handy if you land late as I did.

We have just returned home from a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. The room & balcony were lovely and spacious, nicely decorated, very clean. The pool area was stunning with fantastic sea views! The hosts were so kind & accommodating throughout our stay. They provided us with lovely coffee and snacks. We would definitely return to this amazing place!

The staffs were super welcoming and kind. The facility was super clean, exactly same as the pictures. They even gave us a welcome gift box with a local wine. We had a suites with private garden, was really beautiful. And the sunset view was amazing from the hotel.

The hosts were super friendly and welcoming. The location was fantastic, only a 15 minute walk from the center and the property had an amazing view where we could watch the sunset. The rooms were super clean and comfortable and the hosts even left us a small welcome package when we arrived. Highly recommend. Will definately stay here again when in Mykonos.

A microwave in the kitchen would have been nice. Bit of a hike up from town, but much easier walk down to town.

Great location, fantastic sea view. Nice facilities. Good restaurants at reasonable prices nearby. Although breakfast wasn't included, we were supplied with tea, coffee and croissants which was nice.

Our room was so comfortable and very spacious. We had a pool and our host couldn’t do more for us! We had great views of Mykonos and felt very relaxed. The only thing we found an issue with was the location, it was outside the town and it is very difficult to get a taxi in Mykonos. Other than that we loved our stay.

It is necessary to rent a means to move around (count about 40€ for a quad) because the apartment is in height and quite far from everything (count about 20/ 25 minutes on foot from the city center)

we had an incredible stay. The property is beautifully decorated with flowers, palm trees and stunning views of the sea!!! The presence of cuddly cats is a big plus! Spacious and comfortable apartment where we feel good. The host is very available, with good advice and with our small care so that all occurs well. Not having found a cab for the return, he brought us himself by car. It is the best hotel in which we stayed!
