Beautiful room, clean and comfortable. Breakfasts were as legendary as we were led to believe... just outstanding. The hosts took care of all our needs, hire car, sun umbrella and restaurant recommendations. Hotel staff are so friendly and nice, and of course Effie, her husband and son Yannnis were just great and go the extra mile to make sure guests have the best time.

The breakfast was the highlight of my stay! Every day brought a delightful surprise with different local treats like pastries, pies, eggs, and my absolute favorite – Greek yogurt drizzled with their exquisite local honey. They offered to pick us up upon arrival. Their warm hospitality and the overall charm of the place made our stay truly enjoyable.

Although it was fine for us as we travelled before the main holiday season has started, the location of the hotel on a junction may make it a bit noisy in the height of summer.

Room is so well decorated, spatious, clean with tv set, coffe maker, fridge, little terace in front the room... Bed is great, bathroom well equiped. Very quiet location. They serve good breakfast, but after 9.00. They organise pick up from the port and if you wish to stay an hour after check out at 12.00 in the room there is no problem. Effie is a very nice host.

We had a great time in Kimolis! The rooms were not super spacious but had all amenities, I appreciated the balcony to drink my morning coffee and read my book. Location is good, I’m between the port and the main village, walking distance to both. Breakfast was really good and the owners very accommodating! They made sure to pick us up from the port when we arrived.

The room was pricier than similar rooms I’ve booked on the surrounding islands but that could be because there are less options on this less popular island. Also, I was expecting an amazing breakfast based on reviews I read, but it a simple continental type breakfast in the reception- maybe they scale back in September?

Nice clean rooms, with everything you need. The owners are friendly and they will pick you up and drop you off at the port down the hill and they even offered to drop me off at the nearby beach.

Good location. Easy to access anywhere on the island (with a car). Easy parking. Close to the port. A 2 minute drive to Chorio, for us lazy people who are adverse to walking up hills. Very nice breakfast. Comfortable bed. Air-conditioning worked great. A lovely view from the balcony.

This stay was amazing. They exceeded pur expectations in so many ways. We were picked up and dropped off at the port at the start and end of our stay. So we didn't need to walk or get a taxi. They offered a amazing breakfast. Rooms were super clean and cleaned by staff daily. They also offered an excellent washing service. Thankyou so much

If I had to pick then maybe that the mattress felt a bit lied through and smelled a little damp. One general note: the property is situated at a crossroads, so there might be a bit of traffic in the morning and the walls are thin, so you can hear your neighbors (which is pretty common anywhere in Greece, so not a fault with Kimolis). If you are a light sleeper, best take earplugs with you.

The property was ideally situated between Psathi (the port, 3 min walk downhill) and Chorio (the village, 10 min walk steep uphill). The pictures depict the apartment realistically and it was nice sitting on the patio in the evening. Breakfast in the morning was incredibly tasty and prepared with a lot of care by the ladies who own and work at Kimolis apartments. This was very important because we stayed end of September and a lot of restaurants and bars were already closed for the season by then. We were very content with our stay at Kimolis!

KIMOLIS is a great place to stay at in Kimolos. What I enjoyed the most: the excellent location at a very close walking distance both from the port of Psathi and from Chorio; the very clean and pleasant room with a very comfortable bed and a cute terrace with sea view; the relaxing family ambiance and the high standard of Greek hospitality; the excellent breakfast, with a large variety of homemade sweets and pies, tarts and jams. This was my second stay at KIMOLIS and certainly not the last one. I will make a happy return for more days at the end of September.

Would be heavenly if it had a pool but you can’t have everything. Minibus runs right outside to the island’s best beach.

Wonderful location between old town and main port. Exceptionally clean and hosts really welcoming - they’ll even pick you up from the ferry and take you back. Apartment really well equipped and you can even access Netflix! Good Greek breakfasts an added bonus.

Beautifully furnished & so comfortable, the lovely hosts have thought of everything you might need for your stay. The breakfast is fabulous. This property is halfway between the port and Chorio so ideal for a walk to either of an evening. Please note that the road from the port to the Chorio is fairly steep so not ideal if you struggle with mobility.

We liked the location between the port and the upper town - just 5 minutes walk down to the port for a drink or 5 minutes uphill to the main square. But the best feature undoubtedly was the generous breakfast served outside on a shady terrace.

Very kind people, always with a smile, they did everything to make us feel welcome! Excellent location, walking distance from the port and also from Chorio, the main area for evening entertainment. Also, there is a parking area right across the street from the hotel. The room was cleaned everyday, Covid measures always followed.

Everything was perfect.

Our stay exceeded all our expectations. The rooms are big, very well furnished and well decorated, a major point : beds ar super comfortable and we slept very well each night. All of the rooms have a little private terrace by a garden with flowers, kittens and pomegranate trees. Hotel's staff is super nice and very helpful. I had a broken ankle and they offered several times to drive us to some places. The breakfast on the main terrace in the morning is both excellent and generous : fresh fruits, yogurt, many types of omelettes, local pies and sweets. If you care about starting your day with a great breakfast, this is the place where you should go. Also the hotels location allows you to walk easily to the port and chorio and reach several beaches. If you wanna go further, a bus stop is located immediately by the hotel. We loved our stay at Kimolis and would have stayed more if possible.

Effie is very welcoming. The rooms are perfectly located between the port and the town. Some evenings we would walk up instead of taking the bike. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The breakfast is amazing, great variety and homemade pastries and pies and cakes! Effie was very helpful and friendly, always had a solution/answer if we had a question. Many many thanks!

We would expect for this room value mid season to have a bit better view as we were unlucky with the selection of ground floor room which was seeing partially to the garden and partially to the main island road. Also, possibly due to high humidity the days of our stay, our room felt like it wasn't ventilated always good regardless the two windows and bathroom ventilation system.

Super friendly and polite staff! Superb breakfast in really cozy and perfectly clean rooms, in a convinient location just 5 min from the port and 10 min walk from Kimolos Chora.
