We loved everything!!!

Loved every little detail. Oia Santorini is breathtaking. The room is absolutely all we needed to relax and enjoy summer vibes. We stayed at the Superior Cave Suite and it was money very well spent. The view is stunning, the room was super clean and the service was perfect. The staff are extremely helpful and very friendly. We had nothing planned when we got here and they helped us by suggesting different activities and we loved every second of it. Adriana was very welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful while Aris was also absolutely great and a wonderful photographer. Loved every second, grateful for all the help and amazing service. Hope we get to come back and do it all over again someday! Thank you Kima staff for a magical honeymoon!

I have no complaints with this property or the wonderful staff managing/working there.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay at Kima Oia Suites!!! The staff was absolutely wonderful and very helpful from getting us from the ferry port to getting all our luggage down the steps to the hotel (there were four of us traveling together). Breakfast was delicious and served at requested time on the balcony. The views while eating were amazing. Please do yourself a favor and stop looking at other hotels and just book here.

Probably if I were to pick on something, it would be the noise from the aircon. It was pretty loud.

The service was excellent from the staff. Everyone was warm and welcoming. The location was perfect with a supermarket just up at the staircase and a speechless caldera view. I enjoyed the jacuzzi with caldera view as well. I recommend trying their English breakfast. The coffee was very good. Having the breakfast with the view is one of the best travel experiences. Santorini is a magical place. The sunset was unforgettable.

Location was great, stunning views all around the room was perfect and the staff Adrianna and Aris went ABOVE AND BEYOND in making sure our stay was exceptional! The view was amazing. The breakfast was great. But the staff made this trip truly enjoyable. Adriana specifically did everything to make our trip easy going and stress free. Forgive me, but the bartender I forgot his name but he was extremely friendly and kind throughout.

Ventilation in the bathroom can be better, a bit humid in the whole room after showering, which probably is a common problem for a seaside room.

Fantastic view towards the sea and the volcano. Can not see the sunrise and sunset, but it's OK. The hot tub is great, clean and warm! You can enjoy the breakfast with the beautiful view. The staff is really friendly and helpful.

The location was a perfect quiet area of Oia, but still close proximity to all the restaurants and shops. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was AMAZING— very welcoming, helpful and attentive. Adriana was wonderful, reaching out prior to our arrival and throughout the stay to help with transportation, reservations etc. We loved our stay at Kima Oia Suites and would definitely stay here again if we were to return to Santorini.

Nothing that would prevent us from coming back. Keep in mind it’s lower on the cliff so a lot of walking and and down to get to and from the Main Street and the hotel. My mom has knee pain and that was challenging.

We loved the cleanliness and the staff’s hospitality. They paid attention to the smallest details and always made sure we had what we needed. Would definitely come back.

Nothing I didn’t like

Excellent location with stunning views that not many hotels can match. It’s not only a few steps from Oia Main Street, but its location also offers enough quiet and privacy in your own rooms. The hotel is also located close to a grocery store. The community pool is an infinity pool with 180-degree unobstructed views of the sea and caldera—gorgeous to just look out from the pool. The facilities are well-designed and in great condition. Not only did I get to experience the Greek beige and blue architecture in my room, but also in the personal jacuzzi. Beds are comfy and restrooms are spacious. We also got to relax and sunbathe on our balcony, a very enjoyable experience since the location allows warming sunlight during most of the day. For the tourist season, the price of the room is on par with its value. Lastly, the service is superb. Hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful during our trip. Not only was the receptionist responsive and knowledgeable, but our porter and dining host were also friendly. Our breakfasts were amazing, offering diverse nutrition and a relaxing atmosphere. This is a hotel I would definitely return to!

There is no parking available. If you have a rental car you’ll have to hunt for parking in the village along the main road.

Having to leave!!

Absolutely incredible. From the arrival at the airport to the day we departed. This place is a gem. The location is perfect. Down the steps to the cliff face is where you'll find this slice of heaven. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The room we stayed in was unbelievable. A junior suite with Private balcony with hot tub overlooking the Caldera with sunset view. Breakfeast on the balcony each morning is such a treat. This place is very quiet and relaxing that you’ll never want to leave.

Verry good location, VIEW, hot tub, breakfast, staff, it’s perfect location and to get something like this you need to pay somewhere else even 4 times the money! Even the service, driver, every every little thing was perfect! We thank all the staff for this perfect stay (supperior Suite on west)

The only downside was the number of stairs to get down to the property but once you get there, you will never want to leave 😊!

The room was perfect! I wanted a true cave experience and they delivered! The breakfasts were delivered to our suite and were delicious. So much food and the presentation was amazing! The view from the suite was incredible!

The staff went above and beyond our entire stay, they were super friendly and made sure we always had a ride back at night. The view from the room and the pool was amazing! Gorgeous rooms too. Just be ready for lots of stairs!
