The loud music played at a nearby property that lasted all night until 4am every night we stayed. You couldn’t keep your windows open at all due to this excessive noise.

Only two things, but none was really the hotel's fault. First, there was no iron in the room. After traveling with linen clothing in our suitcases, we expected there to be an iron. Now we didn't ask, as I'm sure they would have given us an iron in a heartbeat if we but asked. Second, we did not manage our expectations with transporting our suitcases along the narrow cobblestone walkways, up and down numerous stairs. Make sure you are prepared to get a little bit sweaty and out of breath transporting your luggage up and down stairs while getting to ANY hotel.

The staff was exceptionally friendly! Our flight was delayed and we arrived late. We were supposed to arrive about 4pm but arrived at 9pm. Finding the hotel so late at night in a stair-city with which we are unfamiliar was quite a harrowing experience. My wife and I split up so she could find the entrance while I found parking. Elli stayed late and received us with a big smile and extra attention. She made us feel like VIPs. When booking, I had problems with my card, but Elli helped us get it corrected. She helped us get checked in and showed us to our room. The room was immaculate and welcoming. AC, mini fridge stocked with water, and a bidet because the local ordnances prohibit tp down the pipes from old city plumbing. The next morning, the view from our window took our breath away. Breakfast spoiled us while the staff waited on us hand and foot. We ate with the most gorgeous view. The hotel is situated in the heart of the capital city, centrally located for all activities in all directions. Nikoleta helped us get established with our next excursions on the catamaran, some vineyards and wineries before a special day on jet skis at the beach, and then into Oia city to visit the historic castle and main square. Later at the hotel, we relaxed on a huge bean bag chair together, with the tips of our feet seemingly hanging off the cliff with a perfect view to the center of the volcano- the island in the middle of the caldera. That first evening we enjoyed our personal jacuzzi before showering the day off, and crashing in such an inviting bed. We will be hard pressed to find anything like the Keti Hotel if it becomes unavailable the next time we visit the beautiful island.

I didn’t like it because in the description, they don’t say that only a couple of rooms has a private pool, not all of them

There’s nothing not to love about this hotel.

The hotel ticks all the boxes! For us, everything is 5 star quality and service. The cleanliness is top notch. The cooked breakfast was all the time fresh and tasteful. You can’t beat the location. It is still centre of Fira and overlooking the caldera and the centre, at the same time you are away from the crowd!

We came for the views and were NOT disappointed. The hotel sits on the cliff and has breathtaking views of the bay and Oia to the north. The staff was the friendliest we’ve had the pleasure of meeting in our entire stay. They really made us feel at home. I would recommend Keti just for this level of hospitality. BTW we originally planned on staying in Oia but switched to Fira since it’s more central. This worked out well for us given the proximity to the old port and the bus station.

This quiet, cave hotel set into the cliff on the caldera, with an incredible view, is a once in a lifetime experience. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was well above average. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The stairs were not an issue for us.

Because it is perched on the side of a caldera you should anticipate Santorini's many steps.

Stunning view of Santorini's incredible sunsets from high above the sea. The room was spacious. There was a very nice balcony with the room. The staff were outstanding. The breakfast was consistently of a very high standard: very tasty, with a great choice of options and local flavours. The Keti is very centrally located for the bus depot, Thera's marvellous museum, a very-nearby restaurant and it is close to Fira's shops, cafes and amenities. I was very happy with the hotel.

Probably a humidity in the room however it was not a hotel fault as the rest was just amazing.

I loved the view from the hotel and how cosy and intimate it was. Breakfast and the lovely ladies serving it were just super nice!

Perfect position not only to enjoy the view of the caldera but also to explore the island by bus. Amazing service: very nice breakfast à la carte, with many options; they arranged our transfer from the airport and also brought our baggage down and up the steps to our room. The place is clean and very well mantained. The staff is very kind and helpfull. I would totally recommend Keti Hotel and I hope to' come back one day!
