Climbing several steps which has nothing to do with the hotel itself. Staff helped with out carrying my luggage up/down the stairs which was really helpful

The staff, especially the receptionist were very friendly, helpful and polite. They did their best to have a smooth check-in. Yiannes explained to us everything about the island and shared some nice recommendations for places to visit and restaurants. The breakfast was super delicious and fresh. Feels like locally home made authentic Greek breakfast. The view is breathtaking and you could see the full view of Caldera and the ocean. The location is one of the best in Fira. It's in the city center and close to everything The room was very clean and big and it can easily accommodate two persons. The porter was kind and helped us to carry on our bags through the steps. Definitely coming back again to Keti.

The only thing I missed is having a restaurant in the property. Although I believe its closed because of Covid regulations. Better confirm with the property before booking. After walking up and down hill the whole day, it was really difficult for us to again come out in the evening and climb the stairs to go to the city for dinner.

KETI hotel is all about views. We stayed in the King Suite with Ocean View (the one with the rock) and I can vouch for the best sunset view from this room. We enjoyed magnificent sunsets floating in the warm jacuzzi. The room was really big with an larger than king size bed, that we enjoyed to the max. Very very comfortable bed with sparkling clean linens. The view from the room is also splendid. This hotel is located on a cliff and we had to walk down about 100-200m steep slope of steps to access the hotel from the car drop. We booked a transfer from the hotel and I was very relieved to find that hotel management helped us with all the luggage to move from the car drop to the hotel. Same while checking out. Without this help it would have been impossible to access the hotel with all my luggage. So I would advise everyone with heavy luggage to book a transfer from the hotel so that you get help with the luggage transfer. Breakfast was good. The view from the breakfast table was even better :) The WiFi worked as expected. The bathroom was very clean with sparkling clean towels. I would really like to thank Yannis for helping me out with all my travel plans in Santorini. We did a self drive around the island and Yannis gave us a lot of time to help us with all the route planning and directions.

Everything was amazing! The property is gorgeous, the staff incredibly friendly and helpful, room and beds just as pictured and the breakfast was delicious. There are stairs to get to and in/out of the hotel, but that is the case for all properties located on the caldera.

Honestly cannot think of a negative - cant wait to go back and would 100% recommend the hotel to friends and family.

Firstly the staff were just amazing, very warm, accommodating, professional and organised. The location and view right onto the caldera was spectacular. Having a delicious breakfast on the patio every morning was a definite highlight. The room was really gorgeous, clean and had everything that we needed - loved the bathroom.

Best views possible, very well decorated ; while the location required walking by steps - the stuff careied our bags - which was a big help - excellent breakfast, the stuff booked our trips and were very knowledgeable about tourist activities. Breathtaking views of Caldera.

I'm 1m70 so the best were a bit small for me

The view was really exceptional, from the pool you have a direct view to the sunset on the island (so no need to pay for the same view for a super pricey restaurant or bar). We had the chance to travel at the end of september, so we were basicaly alone. The breakfast was fantastic as well. The hotel is super well located, 5min to the bus station and at the heart of Fira.

Everything was good.

Everything was perfect! The room was clean, quite large with a balcony and a very nice view of the caldera. The staff was very friendly, helped us with sightseeing, car rental, even sent postcards for us. Breakfast was rich and tasty. I still remember the taste of coffee on the terrace with a wonderful view. We also really enjoyed the pool, a small one, but very good way to freshen up and enjoy the beautiful views.

Room wasn’t the same as one in the photo, last 2 photos out of about 15 pics was ours, which I didn’t think was fair advertisement, balcony was very cold as it was in the shade so we couldn’t sit on it until around 3.30/4pm which led us to have to go outside the hotel to enjoy some sun, we would have liked to be able to stay on our balcony most of the day after paying the extra for the king suite. Pillows and bed was very firm however very clean just would have preferred a softer bed with softer pillows.

We stayed here for 4 nights in a king suite with whirlpool, firstly we thought we were in a really open room when I booked on booking.com when I chose my room the photos looked very different my bedroom should have had double doors accessing a roof top pool with a rock and loungers instead we were in a corner which the sun didn’t get fully and didn’t get sun until around 3 pm so we couldn’t actually sit on our balcony until that time as it was too cold in the shade, the heated jacuzzi was great but it could have been hotter, the large window in the living room area was amazing the best view I’ve ever seen! Bed was huge however pillows are too big and firm I used a small pillow from the sofa, I had a creak in my neck so I’d advise maybe having softer pillows too, the staff were absolutely lovely breakfast included in the price was gorgeous you pick what you like the day b4 and you have ur balcony on the terrace the location is really good right under the caldera centre I would recommend this hotel but if I stayed again I would make sure I got the room that was advertised

Bedding in the superior room are ok but not great for this price range to our opinion (mattress, bed length, pillow…). Still we would again pick this hotel because of the location, breakfast and friendliness of the staff. Some rooms are more pricey and probably offer better comfort.

The best thing about Kety is the staff with a special mention about Elly who did everything she could to make our stay memorable (restaurants, visits, advices…) The Hotel is very well placed a bit on the side of the very busy Fira and it’s too many tacky shops. More privacy than most of the hotels we have seen on the walk Fira-Oia where many people can just overlook on terrasses and pool like in a zoo… Keti is well hidden while still a few minutes from the center. Breakfast is very good and the atmosphere will probably be even warmer when Covid measure will end. the views from the shared terrasses and the little pool/jacuzzi area are stunning.
