Lots of uneven stairs. Breakfast was the same every day. Internet was intermittent. Jacuzzi didn't work. Hotel is showing its age. Shouldn't command the price without a decent upgrade.

Room only had air conditioning upstairs so the downstairs area was very warm. Would be better to ask guests what they’d like for breakfast as it felt some food went to waste.

It's impossible not to mention the view, the hotel is in a privileged location overlooking the sea and also close to the main Fira bus station which takes you to all your destinations. Breakfast is very good, but it's not like free buffet, it's served at the table you sit at outside, enjoying the view. Friendly staff. The room was very good, all the utensils mentioned in the booking were in the room.

Very near to centre as well as bus stop. All cafes, restaurants and bars are nearby. Nice view from room window, straight into the sea. Staffs are friendly and nice. They provide all the details you need including bus timing. Very difficult to get this kind of hotel at a budget price we are looking for. Fortunately we planned in advance and got it at a cheaper price that too during pick season of August.

In retrospect I would have liked a location with a pool. The balconies are all shared and I had to walk down a flight to get to the one associated with my room. However it was never busy and I always enjoyed my own table and chairs. Really an excellent value for what you get.

Perfect location in the heart of Fira with excellent sunset views from the shared balconies. The staff were extremely friendly. The breakfast was delicious.

The location of this hotel is really amazing - beautiful and unforgettable view directly from our room as well as from the common space used for breakfast. Nice and helpful staff. The style of the place is also very beautiful, cozy, very Santorini-like. Amazing for a romantic weekend.

The matress not too comfortable (might be a subjective thing). The door should be painted in a nice Santorini color, but that is just a preference, does not change the nice experience. Some blinds on the door could use, we had to use the blanket to cover the window on the door because of the light.

The location, the view on the caldera, the room allocated to us right on the bottom terrace, very quite and intimate. Nice breakfast, excellent location to go out, take the bus, a taxi. Great stay!

Like all the accommodation in this area, be prepared to walk up and down a couple of flights of stairs. As our room was towards the bottom we had a longer stair climb to come back up. However, hotel is excellent at assisting with luggage and bags. The view is also worth it for sure. There is also poor reception for the WiFi in the room so you could really only use it on the balconies. This also meant not being able to use data. Bathroom was fine but the shower was a bit small and the curtain got in the way.

Great location, absolutely perfect for sunset views over Fira. Bus stop is short walk away, and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Beautiful views, far away enough from street to not hear the noise. We booked a local restaurant (Nektar Lounge) to watch the sunset and it was amazing. Our room was very spacious with comfortable bed. We were very pleased with the amount of space and amenities, the room was really cool. Breakfast was very good also. Staff were super accommodating and helpful, from reception to bellboy. Gave us some helpful information and arranged pick up and drop off to the port. Also allowed us to keep luggage there when we were exploring Santorini before our next ferry. Very professional and well run.

Myself and my wife are in our early seventies The first time we were there we stayed in room 20,up near the reception, which was excellent. The second time we stayed there we were in room 30. It is along way down, but a very very long way up

The rooms are very basic but the balconies have stunning views. Wifi doesn’t work at all. You would need to be fit - there are many steps - not unusual for Santorini of course.

The location was ideal with beautiful views of the caldera, the staff were EXCELLENT - reception and Vasilli who seems to do everything there - importantly porter to get your luggage up and down the stairs - top class

perfect location - Caldera and the sunset are breathtaking. Wonderful little buildings, places to rest, sunbeds, lunch tables, flowers, etc. You can eat delicious breakfast looking at the azure waters and white buildings.

The room was at the very bottom of the accommodation. My mum is is not very mobile and struggles with the stairs. People who stay here have to go down at least 6 flights of stairs for the lower rooms. Its difficult because if you book a room, you honestly don't know which floor you will be on since the property is on multiple flights of steps.

The view from the shared terrace was absolutely incredible. The room was very very large that could easily accommodate 3 people. It was nice and comfy.
