Nothing to not like

The Greek people really exceeded my expectations. Not only was every single person I met exceptionally kind but the owner of the villa also dropped me off to the ferry when the power was out and I couldn’t call an Uber or take out any cash. The villa itself was spacious and right next to the Perisssa beach.

We had a budget room which was advertised as being 20sqm but it seemed much smaller, so we measured it, and it was only about 15sqm including the bathroom. The room was tight for two adults.

The apartment and building were very clean. Our host was a great guy, very helpful and easy to deal with. The location was perfect...away from the main street, yet only a couple of minutes to the beach, restaurants and cafes. The bus stop to Fira was literally at the start of our street and the buses came frequently. Great view of the mountains and surroundings.

View from the terrace to the parking lot. Insufficiently equipped kitchen - we expected to find everything for cooking, but basic things were missing.

Our recent stay at Katefiani Villas in Perissa, Santorini, was nothing short of exceptional. As frequent travelers, we can confidently say that this was one of the cleanest accommodations we have ever rented. The sheets were changed regularly throughout our stay, as were the towels. The staff at Katefiani Villas deserves special commendation for their exceptional service. During our stay, coinciding with Euro 2024, we were eager to watch our national team play. Upon discovering that the television was not functioning, we requested assistance from the owners. Their response was immediate and accommodating; they replaced the television the very next day. The owner offered us a ride to the airport at 7 in the morning for a very reasonable fee of 35 euros. This gesture was greatly appreciated, as the usual route from Perissa to the airport involves first traveling to Fira and then taking another bus to the airport.

Nothing really in there that I didn’t like it.

Jacob, the owner of Katefiani was very helpful in any way. He picked me up from the airport, helped me with the directions around the Island, very communicative, and his wife and daughter were nice and friendly. The neighborhood is nice, bus station is close to go to Fira, bunch of restaurants are near by, and the beautiful beach is in walking distance. I highly recommend staying in Katefiani Villa.

The place was really clean and also really close to Perissa Beach. Everything you need around: bakery, mini markets, carrefour in 10 minutes walking more or less, and bus stop. The host was really amazing and kind, explained all the important information and also booked the transfer to go to the airport.

We liked everything.

Super nice family business. Very informative and accomodating. Room was very clean and we had a great view. Also just down the street from a fantastic bakery. Would definitely stay here again. Great value for your money!

They didn’t have many supplies in the kitchen. They should get more utensils and glassware. They could have changed the sheets and towels more often. We stayed 6 nights and they changed only once. Bring your own toiletries. They could have cleaned the bathroom shelf which was dusty and never cleaned. They did empty the garbage cans daily.

The owners were always available and very nice. The location was great. It was close to lots of bakeries, shops and restaurants and bars. You can walk to black sand beach. Air conditioning was great. They had a huge parking lot.

Owners are amazing people, they were really nice and kind. The apartment was clean and tidy, the room cleaning was every day and even the bed linens were changed. The apartment is only 200m to the beach and there are two stores nearby. Is not noisy and crowded around the house, like on the first line beach. Thank you, Katefiani!
