Location, behaviour of each and every stuff and the food quality of the restaurant including breakfast. Manager was super, arranged everything in no time. Everything was so perfect.

The shower was not very powerful.

The property was clean and spacious. The sea view was absolutely amazing! The staff were excellent, friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was superb and varied - everyday there was something different. Breakfast was laid out each morning at our chosen time on our balcony table. It was delicious and filling and a very relaxing way to start each day.

This is not a rant and it is not something that I did not like, but just want to make a point to some couples, for which this could be an issue. This is a beautiful cave-style appartment and bathroom is one floor down without door. You can still hide there and it's OK but if you need really full privacy - be prepared ;). You can also make a deal with your other one who goes out to the balcony when you need to do your business :) Still we loved every hour spent in this place!

Location is absolutely marvellous, right in the middle of Oia downtown perfectly overlooking beautiful buildings on the slope and the sunset. Our Deluxe Appartment gave us a lot of privasy -> balcony was hidden under the roof and jacuzzi also a little bit at the back - not exposed to thousands of tourists passing by all the time. We got welcome wine, basket of fruit - all was really great. Hosts were very communicative, responding to all my questions. inquiries. I strongly recommend to book their transfer from the airport - you will be greated there, driven close to location and then walked straight to your door with someone carrying your luggage - top notch. Breakfasts delivered to the balcony every morning are very good.

We felt on display a lot as many like to photograph the beautiful terra cotta building. It was hard, at times, to just relax and enjoy our time feeling like we were constantly being photographed.

The dehumidifier has to be turntable on other the room would be really humid. But The dehumidifier is too noisy!

The location and the view was absolutely worth the money!!!! And the hotel offered us a bottle of wine as a gift!!!

This place is just out of this world - the deluxe suite with the sunset view was simply exceptional! Amelia was most amazing as a host and the view from the room ...so worth it!

It is a little crowded around sunset time but that’s to be expected in Oia! Location is great so that’s the trade off.

We loved this hotel! So adorable, clean and cozy and the views are perfect! Watching the sunset from the comfort of our room was a highlight of our honeymoon. Also the breakfast was unbelievable!

It is not recommended for anyone who has physical issues due to stairs to the room.

The particular Kastro Oia house we stayed at had a wonderful view of the Caldera and was private. The access was by way of many steps but we were met at the place where the taxi dropped us by two staff who carried our bags all the way down to our cave like apartment and on our departure did the same. The breakfast was brought every morning at the time we requested and it was fantastic with fresh coffee.. Greek and American coffee, eggs ,pastries, fresh bread, fresh fruit.. all very delicious and freshly baked. We could enjoy the glorious sunset from our terrace balcony with direct views while enjoying a glass of wine. The inside of the house was beautifully furnished with painted wall frescoes and was very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay .

we had a few issues getting to oia and the hotel said there was no public transport there when there was. when our room was serviced they didn't clean the used cups or top up the body wash which i thought was strange when you pay 370euros a night for a place. i don't think the jaccuzi worked properly as the jets stopped after 1 min and you had to keep pressing the button. it didn't heat up either which is a shame if you want to use it at night. checkout was at 10am and at 9.53 the cleaner came and kicked us out, moving our bags outside. this left a bad taste to our stay as we were just savoring the last few mins of the great view, to then being unceremoniously kicked out

the hotel was the perfect place to watch the sunset from the balcony. the breakfast provided was great with a lot of options. the cave house is very unique and perfect for a romantic getaway. the cats that live there are very very cute!

In one of the rooms the step stairs to go down to the bathroom. One of the rooms has a sunken entrance and you can trip and fall.

First of all the view is absolutely breathtaking. Perfect for a sunset view. The streets around us were so crowded trying to get a view of the sunset, mean while we were in the comfort of our own private terrace. The rooms were clean and had plenty of space. Breakfast was brought to us each morning to eat on our terrace and was wonderful. Staff were very helpful, they assisted us with booking transfers back to the port and also carried our baggage as the streets are steep and narrow.

The cave shaped room was with the stunning caldera view, you can watch the famous Santorini sunset right from your private terrace without having the trouble to find a spot during that time. Breakfast was awesome too, everything was nice about the hotel. Hotel staffs carry your luggage and guide you from the car drop-off point to the hotel as you need to walk 5-10 mins (with around 25-30 steep and narrow stairs because of the hill) to reach the hotel.

The property was clean and well maintained. The air condition was perfectly fine with the remote control available for controls. The jacuzzi was a great addition to the hotel. Breakfast always provided perfectly on the time suited to us. Room service available whenever requested. The view outside was incredible due to location, overlooking the famous Oia sunset view. Restaurants and shops just a very short walk away from the hotel. Bathroom and toilet was very clean and well kept. Smart TV available to watch. Espresso machine included a basket of coffee pods. Iron and ironing board included in the hotel. Towels and bath robes included. Laundry service available. The hotel itself was cosy and offered a very private entrance into the property. Wifi available. The host and the staff members were extremely friendly and professional. Whenever we needed anything, the host would provide in haste and in enthusiasm. At the end of our stay, the host treated us to a full course meal from a very expensive restaurant nearby, all delivered to our room and on the house!! Definitely worth every cent and would definitely return again!

The shower in our room had a poor design, where water would escape the shower enclosure and saturate the foot towel.

Kastro Oia House is an excellent property where they want you guys to have a nice experience there. Mark was an awesome host, as well as his staff member. If I would like to come back to Oia, I will stay in the same hotel. I stayed in a Deluxe Sunset View suite. I recommend the hotel 100%.
