The apartment needs a little bit of maintenance and is located a little bit remote from everything. Otherwise, we had a great stay.

The airplane’s flying to and from the airport, the accommodation is very near the airport. This is also a big advantage , of course, when you need to catch a flight back home, like we did!

The position is close to airport so planes noise can be heard, but this was expected based on Google maps positioning. So all in all, I can only recommend this place and the host is superkind and friendly.

The location is beautiful, with a lovely swimming pool and a marvellous garden full of flowers. The place is very clean and comfortable. the host was super helpful, always supporting also with trip bookings and was very kind with us, offering fresh fruits and vegetables from the garden.

The curtain in the bathroom can be longer so that the floor does not get wet a lot

We stayed 3 nights in this slice of paradise. We were welcomed by the owner Helen who is very welcoming, kind and thoughtful. She left some fruit grown in her garden alongside a bottle of wine. The property is in a quiet location, very close to the sandy beach of Monolithos and only 10 minutes by car to the airport The swimming pool is very nice and enjoyed by the residents. The garden is glorious, full of trees and flowers and the guests are free to stroll around My children and I have had 3 fantastic days where we destressed and relaxed The apartment is very spacious and equipped with air con and television. The cooker and works well as does the fridge/freezer Overall this is a gem of a property, peaceful and blissful

Unfortunately it is quite a distance from any public transport so you need to get taxis or hire a car/scooter. We were very happy to spend our 2 days at the beach and walking locally .

Very peaceful and private, beautiful garden surroundings and a lovely place to relax quietly at the pool. 2 mins walk to the beach and excellent swimming. No crowds.

Everything is perfect

It’s clean and comfy. Specially my family like the pool and beach is just 2-3mins walk away. If someone like to see sunrise this is the best place to stay. Host Helen is very helpful.

You need a vehicle for sure if you want to get around Santorini. If you have a vehicle then this place is great and away from the crowded areas. But if you don't and plan to stay local, then they provide airport transfers. There is the Monolithos bus stop about a 15 minute walk away where you can get buses to Thera.

The place was maintained very well. Beautiful garden. Views of the sea. Helen came to greet us on arrival and made sure we were comfortable throughout the stay. The mattress, pillows and linen are very high quality. Located close to a quiet beach.

Helen's hospitality was extraordinary. She greeted us warmly. On the first day she suggested activities we could do on the island, what to be careful of and things that maybe aren't written on the internet only the locals know. I had an issue with a car rental company and I was basically out of a car for the week I was going to be there. Helen helped me with this too by contacting a company she trusted to rent a car. The car arrived promptly the next morning (I had no issues with them indeed). Always very polite, helpful and friendly. If I were to return, I would definitely go to her again. We arrived late in the evening and were greeted by the owner, Helen, who showed us to our apartment. She had stocked the fridge with fresh produce from her garden and a bottle of wine too! Helen you were our knight in shining armour! The apartments are cleaned every single day and the pool area is beautiful, such an array of colour and different flowers and plants. A very short walk to the beach. The first taverna you come across is the best by far. A very friendly guy who entertains you there. The best place to eat is Mike's which is a five minute drive up the road.

A little annoying was the near airport and not the best Wi-Fi (remember the whole infrastructure of the island though), but Helen made up for it with her kind hospitality!

Helen, the owner, was really nice and helpful, always caring for her guests. She gave us a warm welcome and helped us with information about the island and renting. The apartment we had was a little dark, as it was in a rock, but it was quite cool and cozy. But it was the cheapest option from her houses, the price was really good. It was very clean and had a lot of space and all necessities. Helen even gave us a wine bottle and fresh vegetables she grew in her own garden. The whole facility was very beautiful and had a nice small pool and garden.

Location was not good as we expected. You can not move and make anything without the car. For a market or bus station you must walk approxmitly 2 km. The area is not developed and windy.

Hotel and rooms were very nice, big and clean. Kitchen is full equipted. Helen has made a paradise behind the walls. Her fruits and vegetables were so delicious.

Helen is the sweetest host you could get! To stay at her place feels like visiting your grandma, you can ask everything and she will do her very best to make you feel as welcome as posible. As we arrived she even presented us some own grewn vegetables😋😋 The rooms are perfectly cleaned and really big. And the hotel resort is a dream😍 To the location: the beach is only 100 m away and if you want to explore the island by a rented car it is perfectly located in the middle of the island. If you want to use the bus, you should know, that you always have to walk 1,5 km to get to the next busstop and an expensiv supermarket. Some tips from us: ☆ take Helens offer to get you a driver for 20-25€ to the hotel, it is the best way (we learned it the hard way 😂) ☆you don't need beach towles, she will give you some, so save that space in your laggage ☆ to eat cheap and get really good meat dishes go to "Kopsidi" ☆ the best beach of the whole island to swim is so near to Helens, it beginns after the "east breeze beach bar" and goes until Monolithos
