Feels like home. Close to the beach and few minutes to Leonidio and Poulithra. The host is super friendly and supportive. Julia is definitely bright side of this place. I recommend truly this house. We will come back for sure 🙂.

Second time staying at Karantonis House and it was again a blast. Close to town and the beach. Convenient to reach all climbing areas. Equipped with BBQ for tasty dinners. All great. Thanks Julie for your help and care!

Although all of us enjoyed the location, it could potentially not be ideal if you are not planning to rent / bring a car. With a car, it's 5 minutes drive from the village (but still walkable distance if it's not too hot).

Everything was absolutely perfect. We were a group of friends and rented 2 apartments in Karantonis House. Both apartments were excellent, very comfortable beds, sparkling clean bathrooms and very well equipped kitchen. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and our overall stay was more than anything we could expect.

I would probably not like the bedroom downstairs; it's a bit of a cellar-type room. Also, the chairs in the kitchen could have been more comfortable but we have not spent much time in the apartment.

The bedroom upstairs and the kitchen/living area were very nice. Living area with fireplace which we have enjoyed a lot.

The host was extremely nice and friendly. Every day she offered us something local, it could have been some fruit, olives, fresh eggs, or local biscuits. The place itself is just amazing. Even if it is not in the center of Leonidio (yet very nearby), it offers a magnificent view over the sea and the climbing crag.

The house next door was being painted and the decorators were a bit noisy. But that was not the properties fault.

There was a welcome pack supplied which was very good with everything you needed. The host keep our apartment nice and clean.

Apartement was comfortable for five adult people. We had two bathrooms and fully equiped kitchen. I appreciate also nice garden around building and spacious parking. It’s worth to mention that we didn’t saw big difference between staying here or in Leonidio center.

The value for money and the size of the place. Location was okay a little away from beach and harbour and one must walk along the bustly highway. Unless we missed the footpath. Overall great host and amenities.

Julie was very welcoming, we had fresh oranges, bread,cream eggs and coffee to kick off our stay. We loved the fact that the apartment had a fire place which we used, it made it feel like home. The multiple balconies gave you various views of the sea and landscape. Leonidio is a fabulous spot to stay for a few days! Such a cute town in a gorgeous setting, we could have stayed longer at Karantonis House.

Nothing to criticize. Maybe the internet is a bit slow sometimes, but I guess it has nothing to do with the apartment itself, but who cares ? We're on holidays :)

Perfect appartement, with a huge sunny terrasse. Fully equipped. And upon our arrival the fridge was full with oranges, mandarines, and all the necessary for breakfast. We even got more during our stay :)

Breakfast on the terrace. Efficient central heating for the odd chilly evening. Peaceful location. Easy, ample parking. Julie was lovely & looked after us well. We arrived very late, so it was lovely to have essential breakfast food & coffee left in the fridge for us. The never ending basket of oranges. The couple of surprise cake treats-delicious!

As last year everything was perfect. Julia takes care about you as you are her family. She bringt you all the time fruits. Everything is super clean, kitchen well equiped. You do not miss there anything. Surrounding beautifull, nice flowers and trees. Nearby nice beach with good restaurant and shops. We will come to Julia again. Julia, thanks a lot!

if I had one small criticism it would be that the property could provide a parasol and sun loungers on their otherwise empty balcony. This would make the properties perfect in my opinion
