Location of the property was perfect. Staff were very attentive and friendly making your stay enjoyable. Nothing was too much to ask, being it arranging of transfers, or recommendations on restaurants, etc. always ready to assist.

Location and views are amazing. House itself is new and has got all the amenities. Staff were very good with good local knowledge. We were happy to stay and enjoy the sunsets.

Lily came to meet us, carried my luggage for me, and made us feel so welcome! We loved every minute we were there, and most certainly will be back soon. Oia is the most expensive part of Santorini, but it's clearly for good reason. 100% worth it, and nothing but gratitude for the amazing hostess!

The views were incredible. Sunset was absolutely amazing. The 2 rooms were separated from the kitchen/bathroom and 2 living areas which made it feel very spacious. The bathroom had new fixings and looked brand new. We were only able to stay 1 night because of our travel itinerary, but if we returned we would absolutely stay for much longer.

We loved our stay! We booked this for my birthday. Our villa was beautiful and very tastefully decorated. The pool was heated. Had all the amenities and was very clean. Best location and perfect view to see the Oia sunset. Would recommend this place to everyone.

As the ‘sunset boulevard’ gets quite busy, there are many people walking above the hot tub area - but this can hardly be helped

Everything about this property is beautiful - the internal set up, with all modern luxuries, but the setting of a traditional cave house. The view which was absolute perfection - sunset from this hot tub was one of the highlights of our trip!

Amazing view! Situated at the best location in Oia to have breakfast with a view in the morning and watch the sunset in the afternoon. 5mins walk from all the restaurants, cafes and museums of Oia, but still quiet if you just want to sit at the balcony and relax. Lily and Dina were very friendly gave us useful tips about the island! Nice design with a modern touch, while fully equipped with everything we needed (kitchenware, bath utensils, etc.). Last, but not least, cleanliness level was 11/10!

The jacuzzi was too cold to use so that was a bummer two days of our stay. Other than that it was wonderful!

Our host was absolutely a dream. The place was even better than the photos. Food left everyday for breakfast was so fun ! The view can’t be beat ! And location without tons of stairs was a great bonus ! Lots of nice little touches throughout !

Amazing location in the heart of Oia. Good facilities with pool and furniture / living areas. Outside terrace with amazing views (perfect sunset) and well designed to relax. Daily room keeping was helpful. Very helpful host (Lili) who is always at hand to assist with anything needed. The views are insanely good :)

Prime sunset viewing location, cleanliness, facilities (private pool), all the utensils you need plus extra what you wouldn’t even expect, amazing design, attention to smallest details, super friendly approach of manager Lilly and her assistant Lina. Breathtaking view to the Aegean blue and the most enchanting sunset of the world! Watching this spectacular natural phenomenon from the wonderful wide veranda and the private heated jacuzzi of the property really stole our hearts and souls! The house, which is situated in the most emblematic location of Oia, combines the wonderful traditional Santorinian Architecture with modern amenities, is spacious and super clean. Lily and Dina made their best to make us feel like home, were always there to assist us and gave us recommendations to many great places which definitely worth visiting . Despite our flight arrival time was late in the evening, flexible and express check in was available for us. Large SmartTv with Netflix account is a plus :) Thank you Kallisti team for making our stay unique!

1. NO SUNSET VIEW FROM BALCONY IN JUNE AS VISIBLE IN THE PHOTOS - What a shame to pay such a heft fortune and not to get what you paid for 2. No cooked breakfast - you have to manage/ cook yourself from the stuff provided in fridge/kitchen...again mediocre
