WiFi in room was spotty but excellent everywhere else

The combination of everything in our stay was excellent. You can tell they take pride in the care, and service they provide. Rooms were clean, staff was excellent, breakfast was amazing and pool was divine! The entire family loved our stay and would return for sure.

There was nothing I didn’t like just a few suggestions. The new pool would benefit from sun beds around it. The double sun beds outside the “honeymoon suites “look a bit tired and could do with a bit of TLC as could the reception area. The dining area for breakfast was clean but a little old fashioned and a few muddles that could do with being out of sight.

It’s, location, friendliness, and cleanliness plus the rooms were modern with wonderful balcony’s.

Internet at times was a bit patchy. The reception staff could benefit from more customer service training.

Clean, inviting, comfortable, great location, amazing poolside ambience & the smell in the reception foyer was amazing (real lux feel). Oh and the breakfast variety was amazing. In addition to the bar staff making amazing drinks and being super attentive. One of our most relaxing days was spent poolside.

The pool bar/ restaurant was a little bit over priced. I only had 2 drinks out of it and we just got lunch/ dinner outside of the hotel.

Beautiful hotel, clean, friendly and polite staff. Everything was spotless. The pool area was relaxing. It’s a nice spot for those looking to relax but also being central. Decent breakfast. Supermarket and chemist directly across from the hotel. Less than 5 minutes walk to the main square and bus station is 2-3 mins walk. Rooms were cleaned every day and fresh towels provided. Complimentary bottle of wine on arrival is a lovely touch. Check in was seamless.

We were told off for being noisy. Our room for 3 people was really a two person room (not enough storage and very small for 3 getting ready). Also we were only given 2 mugs, 2 glasses and 2 chairs on the balcony.

Hotel is fantastic, beautifully kept, Pool area is amazing and so are the cocktails. Very relaxing atmosphere and the hotel is in a brilliant area, so close to the town with supermarket and chemist opposite the hotel. There was plenty to choose at breakfast time for all , including for our friend who is is dairy intolerant. Staff would obtain anything additional if asked.

The hotel was beautiful and aesthetically pleasing, giving you the Santorini feel as soon as you walked in. The staff were so pleasant and helpful. Good breakfast selection each day. Location perfect for central Fira and around the corner from the main bus pick up for buses around the island. Loved our stay here.

The location was not what I expected, but this reflects a personal preference.

The furnishing throughout the hotel are exceptional. The complimentary items in the room are a nice touch as well. The food was quite good.

Our room and bathroom were tiny. The shower when wet was very slippery. There was no drawers for clothes. The marble steps were very slippery after some rains and I took a hard fall. The staff was quick to assist me.

Great location to the bus station and shopping. Beautiful and very clean property. All the staff was helpful and very friendly. The breakfast was abundant and so delicious.

Breakfast was amazing every morning and was fresh. Management was very nice. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Hellen from front desk was such a sweetheart, she made sure me and my friend enjoyed our stay. It was my best friend’s birthday and they made sure she felt special on her birthday. Great location, walking distance to everything. Love love love it. We will be back

Ventilation in the bathroom could be improved. As we cannot flush toilet paper in Santorini, some kind of measurements need to be taken to remove smell from the used toilet papers in the bin.

The main pool is a bit cold to swim in late March. Otherwise it's perfect.

Location is close to the bus terminal. The surrounding is a bit sketchy. Room is very nice and the staff are super friendly. The pool relaxing area is very nice and clean.

Room was really nice. I had asked for an upgrade which they gave us. We had our own private hot tub on the terrace. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Coffee & tea making facilities. Mini bar. Overall very happy with our room.
