Amazing hotel! Fab breakfast! Amazing staff! Right in the centre of Fira! Beds super comfy, pools are fab! Loved every min of mu stay!

We did not get the room I booked months in advance , The manager did attempt to advise me the day before we were to checkin through your site, however I was on another island and did not receive the message, regardless of the reason the hotel gave me for giving up our room, this should never happen, they gave me two rooms instead , when I book and pay for a room on your site I expect to get the room I reserved, I certainly hope this doesn’t happen again.

A full length mirror in the room would be a welcome addition

All of the staff were very friendly & helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The food at the Snack Bar was exceptional. We enjoyed our first lunch so much we ate there every day. There was always enough sun loungers for everyone. We absolutely loved our stay & will definitely be visiting again.

Wifi service was intermittent. Staff changed our room when we could not access it all. We did not that reception above the main floor buffered quite a bit.

lovely family run hotel, not too close to the centre. but easy walking distance. Staff were amazing. pool area lovely. rooms good size, we got 2 experience a standard room and a room with a private jacuzzi both great sizes.

Bathroom / shower was awkward to get in and out and slippery . Also wash basin was located in the bedroom not in the bathroom . No USB charging points .

My only complaint would be, it would be nice to have a bathroom nearer the pool area, and the cleaning staff start work very early, much earlier than I've experienced at any other hotel, which creates a lot of noise. Other than that, would recommend it.

The food is great and the location is excellent for exploring Fira. The staff are helpful.

We recently stayed at Kalisti Hotel, located right in the center of Fira. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the stunning caldera views and close to everything you need (restaurants, stores, central bus station etc.). The staff truly stand out for their exceptional service. They were consistently proactive, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Whether we had questions about the hotel or needed recommendations for exploring Santorini, they were always eager to help. I would 100% recommend to anyone coming to Santorini.

The WiFi was spotty but was not the end of the world.

The location was perfect for getting around for all the activities we had planned. The 2 outdoor swimming pools were nice to tan beside and dip in to cool off. The rooms were cleaned well regularly and AC helped when it got really hot at night time.

We weren’t fans of some of the lunch food menus but did not there eat often.

We loved everything about the property. From day one the owner replaced the soap that we had an allergy to, the manager was at the property daily greeting everyone. The location was perfect and gorgeous. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast in the morning had a large delicious variety of foods and I thoroughly enjoyed it daily and sad to leave it behind. I would go back here without a second thought and it was a great value for the money.

Everything was fantastic, I can’t think of any disadvantages, location was perfect, very close to the city centre and simultaneously in the suburbs so it was not loud, breakfasts were very tasty, staff was extremely nice and helpful, even the owner of this hotel came to us to greet us

Excellent location and very very helpful staff members. Special mention to Dina who helped us arrange a wonderful beach visit. Also I must mention Mr. Lekkas who also greatly assist in my date change request to accommodate my family. The facilities are excellent, breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of dishes, location was fantastic near many restaurants, shops, sites (historical and those that have a view) and very near to transportation. We will definitely return!

The tour of the place when we arrived was a bit unnecessary stopping to see the pool and the breakfast room and then a full explanation of how to use the safe and fridge in the room. Staff are very friendly and accommodating though.

Lovely hotel in a great location very close to all the sights. Very expensive drinks at the pool. Unfortunately the electricity wouldn't work for the first 1hr of us arriving while I was feeling unwell but they fixed it fairly quickly so couldn't fault them for that. The pool is fab and the beds are extremely comfortable.
