Nothing major, but the only downside of the room is that it doesn't have a direct sunset view (at least on June). I already knew that, so it didn't bother me. Also, I know that if we had direct views of the sunset, the prices would certainly be significant higher. Also, the price of the stay is not cheap. However, considering the reality of hotel prices in Oia, I honestly think it is a bargain.

After extensive research I chose to stay at Kaleidoscope Cave House, more espcifically on the Blue Sky Suite. This was handpicked because it was the place I chose to propose to my girlfriend. And it was perfect! For me it is the best combination of views (both the City and the Caldera), privacy and location (close to bus stop and no need to carry luggages for long distances). The staff was amazing as Joanna helped with everything we needed. I really can't say enough about the views. To be honest, there is not much to do in Oia, so having the jacuzzi with this view was really precious!! I would recommend this place to everyone! You will not regret!

The WiFi can be improved but as this is a cave house, it is expected to have intermittent connectivity.

The location, the property is also spacious! The really icing on the cake is the host (Jo), we had an exceptional experience with her, nothing was too much to ask and all three recommendations she gave us were great suggestions.

we expected that the room had an attached balcony but we had to climb steep stairs to get to the balcony. we did not like the stairs at all because they were uneven. they were extremely hard to climb. there was no reception.

Enjoyed my stay here! Did a solo vacay and location was perfect. Staff were great! Joanna met me for check in and explained everything - also very responsive on Whatsapp for any questions/recommendations. Sophie is also amazing - very kind and friendly and always making sure that everything is okay.

Thete is no furniture, nowhere to unpack your suitcase, there was unpleasent exit green light you can't switch off only cover. Maybe good for two but shouldn't be sold for 3 persons.

The location of the hotel is very good. Just inside the pedestrian area of Oia, at a 2 minutes walk from the main road. The property provides a great view of the Caldera as well. Nice restaurants are nearby.

Great location! The view outside the house is fantastic!There is a super market in 2 mins. 5 mins to the bus station. Joanna is such a nice person, she was always in quick response to my messages and she helped us book a ride from and to the airport in a reasonable price. Would love to stay here again!

The Reservation Manager was horrible!!!! She did not assist us with our discomforts!!! She did not care at all about Customer Service or Experience . I would definitely NOT recommend working with her !!!!!!!

Not a dislike but perhaps they should provide a fan for better circulation in the inside rooms.

The location was perfect in Oia. The cave house suites was a good experience for the kids. Hot tub, view from the house, the cave rooms, and easy walk to restaurants and places we wanted to visit made our visit very fun! Joanna (host) met us and gave us a walkthrough of the property even though we arrived late at 10:30 PM and she responded very quickly to any of our needs and queries.

Nothing was bad, only little amenities missing such as bowls and the blinds were awkward to operate.

The location was exceptional, the view were amazing and the sunsets from the plunge pool were stunning! The bathroom was beautiful and the bed so comfy. Being pretty much in the centre of Oia was great.

The property was exceptional, the location was perfect right in the middle of everything on Oia. Constantine the host was great he looked after us very well, gave us a list of the best restaurants and things to do. He organised bookings for us and got us the best tables and service. We payed a small fee for a direct shuttle from the airport and they picked us up carried all of our bags to our room while Constantine gave us a walk around Oia. The views were absolutely amazing and the spa was awesome overlooking the water. We will definitely be back longer next time and didn’t want to leave.

The room, maintenance, decor and furniture should be improved. In such an expensive 4 stars hotel there should be some basic amenities such like towels holders in the bathroom, better quality chairs, a couple of electric plugs close to the bed (there is just one on each side of the bed. So you have to choose between charging your phone or switching on the bedside light), a frigo bar with something more than a bottle of water inside, a system to close the shower so that the water will not flow all over the bathroom floor making it very slippery and few other details here and there.

The location is stunning and the staff extremely kind and professional. The room is very clean, the bed is very comfortable and the outside jacuzzi with the caldera view will really light up your day.
