Pool, view were amazing

Nothing - everything was great.

The location is beautiful with views over the caldera and a short walk downstairs to the hotel.The services provided were first class with the hosts, making sure we had everything we needed. A very full breakfast was provided each morning. The staff were exceptional, especially the young man Notos, who carried our bags up and down the stairs, going above and beyond imfor us. The hosts also arranged for our tour of the island, as well as all our transfers from the port and to the airport. Nothing was too difficult for them. The pool area was very inviting after a day sightseeing where we could have a drink and chat with other visitors staying in the hotel. We had a great time.

Unfortunately when we arrived we felt a bit hassled. We were asked if we could cancel our booking.com and get a better rate with them paying directly and to buy a transfer. It was a shame as the rest of the stay the staff were all friendly. The poor man who brings breakfast on a tray looks exhausted- loads of steps and so hot and seems to work alone for all the rooms( you can have it delivered to your balcony) so he appears grumpy but I think he’s completely over stressed. We didn’t have enough towels but they happily gave us more.

The most fabulous view of Santorini Caldera. Amazing at sunset- you can get classic photos here without any crowds. We enjoyed lying by the pool looking out right over the sea on the sun loungers (and watching a wedding just below!) The pool was perfect for cooling swims and not busy when we were there. It felt quiet but with quick access to the cliff top path and restaurants/ shops ( despite the steep steps!!) It’s a great base to explore from. We took the public bus (€2 a journey) from the sharp bend down the main road behind the ‘drop’ off square by the church to Oia but go early morning to avoid the crowds at Oia. ( The bus stop opposite the church with no timetable is not in use)The bus back takes you to Fira - 20 mins scenic walk back.

Nothing to mention as of now. The room booked was supposed to have a view, however, the one provided was opening to the swimming pool and hence the view was partially blocked. Thus we had to switch rooms which was a little smaller than the originally booked room - but that was not causing any problem. At the price the breakfast could be better but that does not mean it was bad.

The keys were available at the reception as we had reached during the afternoon time. The room was not ready initially, but were able to checkin soon enough. The staff were friendly and always accommodating to customer's requests.

Beautiful location with a nice, clean swimming pool. Hotel room was very clean and nice to stay in. Outdoor area was great to sit at anytime. Breakfast every morning was tasty.

This lived up to our expectations 100%. Rooms are just as described in pictures. View is amazing. Several great, relatively inexpensive restaurants nearby. About 10 minutes walk to Fira proper.

The stairs are a lot, however if you want the amazing views of Santorini, all the accommodations require climbing. They have staff to help with your bags. Breakfast was fine. They try their other best to give you a variety of foods to suit everyone’s tastes.

The location is phenomenal with wonderful views of the caldera. Close enough to walk to Firo but far enough away that it doesn’t seem quite as busy. The pool is a very welcome refreshment from the summer heat.

Breakfast was good but can be improved, would like some fresh fruit and more healthy bread. Really nice to sit at the pool area watching the ocean by breakfast.

The view… stunning! You can spend all day watching the caldera. Great pool area and good room. The beds and pillows were excellent!

There are a lot of stairs that are so so hot in the afternoon sun. But the staff helped with our bags and really it’s the price you must pay to be in that location.

Amazing location and incredibly beautiful views. The pool was so wonderfully refreshing on such hot days and the sunsets from our room and patio were as picturesque as you could wish for.

- the view is EXCEPTIONNAL !!! - location is perfect (5 min walking for the centre) - breakfast was good and you can have it on your private terrasse! - rooms 18, 17, 16 are the best ones (and really big) - and .... the staff is VERY kind and professionnal (especially the Georgian Boy !!!) The location was perfect. The views from the balcony and pool were fantastic and that is what you’re paying for here. The location was just far enough away from busy Fira, but close enough to walk to town at night. Right off the main square of Firostefani with cute restaurants and charming atmosphere. Breakfast was good and served poolside or on balcony and was brought out in 2 minutes. The rooms are basic but you’re paying for the location and the views. We walked around the area and didn’t see a place with better views. Lots of stairs to get to the property but not more than the other places in the area. They also have a porter that will carry all your luggage up and down the stairs.

Too much of light in the night, and everywhere and in the room and outside is the unpleasant cold light, the warm light or just no light at all would be much better. For now this light breaks oll the charme of the hotel in the evening. The breakfast is quite basic, but it is included and this is Santorini.

A very pleasant stay, the swimming pool with a nice view is a real advantage. The staff is very kind, helped us with laggage and organised the transfers at a fare price. The rooms are basic, but clean, the terrace is with a good view too. My daughter really loved this hotel!

It was perfect for our family of 5.

The BEST location. Right in the heart of Firastefani (of course down some step steps), close to wonderful restaurants/shops and if u really felt the need, only a short beautiful 9min walk along the cliffside to the busy Fira. Kafieris Blue seemed to also have the largest pool that we saw which was much needed in the summer heat. The VIEWS are outstanding, which drew us to book here initially, but overall the property and staff are amazing. The private transfers to/fro port, marina, anywhere you wanted to go was such a nice option too vs taxi. And while there is no restaurant on site, we used a very good delivery service they recommended many times. Would definitely return to Kafieris Blue!

The view of the Caldera is great. The room was a bit small, but was fine. The A/C worked well. The pool area is very nice. The breakfast was OK, we had better breakfasts at other hotels on other islands. The staff were friendly and helpful. They arranged transportation to and from the ferry terminal for us.

Firstly the location was excellent. It's between Fora and Oia but off the main roads. So relatively speaking not many people. Our apartment was right on the edge of the Caldera so the views were exceptional. Watching the Cruise Ships arrive in the morning and literally the once in a lifetime sunsets, WOW. The apartment was spacious and beautifully appointed with our own private balcony. The service was excellent with the staff being very friendly and asking all the time if everything was ok and if we needed anything. We are so grateful for picking this hotel as it was a once in a lifetime experience. I highly recommend this hotel. .

The pool is deep only for swimmers and the air conditioning unit was a bit dated. It struggled if left on through the night.

Our family of four was very comfortable at Kafieris! We enjoyed the amazing Caldera view everyday especially, with the morning breakfast included. Jimmy works very hard to ensure guests have everything they need! The steps to the property ensure a beautiful view and are good exercise. Imegrovigli is well situated and central to get around the island.

The hairdryer is very outdated. The towels are not very comfortable. The pillow is very high. There is an extra national fee in addition to the ones I had paid when booking.

The view is exquisite. The hotel atmosphere is very pleasant. The entire staff is very attentive, from the reception and cleaning staff to Jimmy, who is super helpful. The location is very good, just the right distance from the crowds of the center of Fira. It's a simple but good hotel, despite the stairs.
