Modern rooms, incredibly clean, pool area is very peaceful, breakfast is great, the location is perfect, Vangelis is a brilliant host.

The most important the host. He has been really friendly and helpful. He booked restaurants for us and would call to check availability of different places we wanted to visit. The staff are also really nice. The property location is amazing. A few minutes to the beach, restaurants and bars. You can enjoy the sea during the day and jump to the pool in the evening.

After a few days the breakfast became a bit boring, a bit more variety would be nice

The pool area was lovely, clean, sunbeds, lots of inflatables and water toys for kids. The rooms were more or less around the pool but not too close and it was really wonderful. The location could not have been better, one street away from the promenade with all the restaurants along the seafront. The breakfast was tasty and fresh, but quite basic. All the members of staff were helpful, caring and Vangelis, the owner was absolutely great.

Everything was fine.

The property was very clean and tidy. the staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast was AWESOME. The owner Vaggeli, was Super nice and always accommodated our needs and gave us direction for visiting the island. we had a GREAT time here.

The accommodation is very clean and comfortable, the pool is great. The beach is a few minutes walk away with many good restaurants. Vangelis helped us with everything and recommended very good places for our trip.

Vagelis the owner looked after us, giving us great tips about the town and the Island on where to go and eat. It was great to find there was lots of outdoor toys and inflatable for kids.

The location is perfect, with a 2 minute walk to all bars, shops and the beach. The accommodation was clean, and had everything that we needed. We had bottles of water on arrival and clean towels everyday. Towels were also provided for the pool area. An iron and ironing board are provided, along with a hairdryer and toiletries. There is a TV in both rooms along with air conditioning, which was very much needed.

Breakfast was lovely, with Greek yogurt, fresh orange juice, and a selection of pastries each day as well as deli meats, bacon, and eggs. My children especially loved the pancakes with nutella and the donuts.

It is very nice experience to live at Joanna Villas. It is designed beautiful and comfortable for relax. It is quite nice for family stay. They helped a lot during the whole trip with nice food and good places to visit. Super recommend!

Joanna Villas was absolutely lovely. The rooms were clean, spacious, pool area lovely and well kept. Location excellent just 2 minutes walk from the beach and the restaurants, shops and bars. Vangelis was very friendly and interested in us and where we came from and what we planned to do. He sorted out our transfers and even gave us a lovely bottle of wine on arrival.

Our experience at the Villas was absolutely amazing. Situated just a street a way from the beach but also away from the usual noisiness, it's a nice spot to explore Santorini from. Just want to express my thankfulness yet again to Vangelis, the most hospitable owner, who went an extra mile to make our stay memorable with tips for activities, reservations, bikes and just warm friendliness. Our daughters were sad to leave, they really enjoyed hours of play in the pool. Overall we would highly recommend the hotel and would stay there again.

Great place. Very close to all the shops, car rental, bus stop, restaurants and the beach. The pool is equipped with pool toys and lounge chairs. They also provide adult and kids bikes for use for free. Fresh orange juice and Greek yogurt served at breakfast were my favorites. Staff were all friendly and accommodating. We got lots of recommendations on where to go and where to eat and they were all great choices. Highly recommend it for anyone but especially for a family with little ones. They have little play area and playground set up for toddlers. My kids loved it here.
