nothing, everything was spot on!

Best decision we ever made. We changed our hotel reservation at last minute to stay here. Central location with walking distance to nearby shops, restaurants, car rentals etc....3 mins walk to the beach. Vengalis made us feel welcome, comfortable and so unbelievably well looked after. It’s in A great location, the staff are amazing and our room was incredible. As first timers in the island we couldn’t have picked a better spot. We were staying as the last leg of our trip up the coast as a family and celebrating my wife's birthday. It’s a stay we’ll never forget! We will definitely come back again!

The location of the villa is very good, just 5 minutes from Kamari beach in a populated area with many shops and restaurants. The room was very clean with a kitchenette, balcony and everything you need. The complex has a superb swimming pool where you can relax all day. Last but not least, the hosts are extraordinary people ready to help you with anything you need. We recommend the location for an excellent vacation!

Nothing! It was perfect for us

The location of the property is fantastic! Walkable to Kamari beach with all its restaurants and shops. The pool is wonderful, clean and with pool toys to use. Our apartment was perfect for a family of five, we travelled with our three children (6, 10 & 12) and were all very comfortable. The apartment was meticulously cleaned daily and new beach towels given out every day. The villas are perfect for children and families and we were made to feel very welcome by the host who made some excellent recommendations of restaurants for us. We have visited Greece many many times (normally doing all inclusive options) but hands down we all felt this ticked every box and was a more relaxing experience. Joanna Villas we miss you already, a beautiful place we couldn’t rate highly enough!

We spent a week at Joanna Villas in Santorini, and our stay absolutely superseded our expectations. This intimate and cozy hotel boasts a perfect location just steps away from shops, supermarkets, restaurants and the beach. The room decor is tasteful and the size just right for a family of four. The pool is large, with both a shallow and deep end. The breakfast is a mixture of local specialities and continental staples, and can be enjoyed with breathtaking views of the nearby mountain. The absolute best part, however, is the host Vangelis, who provided us with ample good advice and who was ready to assist us at all times. We thoroughly enjoyed our conversations at breakfast with a nice cup of coffee. We hope to visit again in the future and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Santorini.

Everything was perfectly, very clean a new rooms, quiet locality, very good for families with children, breakfast was very good, near the beach, 3-4 minutes on foot, many restaurant, bars and some supermarkets, we were here 4 nights, have a car and see all the island and i thing, that Kamari is the best locality in Santorini, if you don't want be in place like Fira and Oia, full of peoples..we have here very nice holidays, thanks a lot Vangelis 🙏🤗 Mirka, Jozef & Damian

Nothing not to like, perfect stay!

Hidden gem behind the main seafront road, so just minutes walk to the beach, bars and restaurants and run by the most amazing host. Immaculate apartments with authentic Greek feel yet modernised, with a pretty pool area/gardens. Vangelis the owner/host just makes this place and cannot do enough for you. Always milling around chatting, or passing you a beer/glass of sangria or a mini chocolate ice cream when lounging round the pool. It’s the nice little touches that makes this place. Spent 3 nights here with my 14 and 17 year old girls before moving up to Oia and could have definitely stayed longer.

We loved our stay at Joanna Villas. Great location, close to the beach. Lovely clean spacious apartment cleaned every day. Pool was brilliant with plenty of sunbeds. Breakfast also lovely and plentiful each day. Host Vangelis was very helpful and accommodating, even providing me with gluten free bread and beer when I told him I was a coeliac. Our two teenagers also loved their stay. Close to many great restaurants, some recommended by Vangelis. Wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend.

Having to leave.

We had a fantastic time. Joanna Villas feels like a little oasis, peaceful, but minutes away from some great restaurants, bars and the beach. The apartments have everything you need, immaculately clean with good insulation, with each has a little outside table/chairs area (our favourite spot in the late evenings). The pool and surrounding area is well designed with lovely gardens - it's a great spot for families. There's a great rocky mountain backdrop to the south (Mesa Vouno) too, which is a steep but enjoyable walk in the early morning or evening. The host/owner Vangelis was helpful, generous and very friendly throughout (all the other staff were lovely too!). He was full of great advice on the local town, and other places to see on Santorini and how best to get there (and when to go!). Vangelis wanted us to have the best holiday possible, and we very much appreciated that.

Everything the location the facilities, the location near the beach and restaurants The staff were caring and professional especially Vigali I believe he is the owner or manager he was very nice and helpful during check in he gave us a full summary of the island and what to do and he pointed out all the attractions as well as restaurants The breakfast was excellent it was a great stay hitch will take it agin if we are back to Santorini

Would highly recommend Joanna Villas, it exceeded our expectations. Great Villa tastefully decorated with a lovely pool. Located perfectly in Kamari, quite and also close to restaurants and the beach. Very highly recommended. AMAZING well-groomed grounds, overlooking mountains.Beautiful villas.Super clean,updated rooms. Very comfortable beds. They thought of EVERYTHING. AC working perfectly. Fresh towels every morning, rooms always cleaned. Breakfast was delicious, a variety of coffees and freshly squeezed orange juice was always fresh, breakfast served overlooking the pool. We had a beautiful cool breeze. Quiet grounds. Excellent location walking distance from beach,restaurants,supermarkets, and shops.. Vageli, the owner,was exceptionally kind and friendly. Always hospitable.The entire staff was really helpful,kind, and friendly. I can't wait to come back.Kamari is a beautiful, quaint village. You will love Joanna's Villas. A must!
