Excellent location, just a few minutes from the local beach, tavern and supermarket. Clean room, with balcony, kitchenette, air conditioning and wifi. Spacious parking in the backyard, terrace and barbeque area. Sakis, our host was very friendly and ready to help us with information and anything we needed.

The hosts are really nice! The property is really close to the beach. Internet was super fast, room was very clean, there is also parking all the time and there is really nice garden.

The room was a bit small, especially the kitchen part. The kitchen and the bathroom were next to each other. We stayed only one night, so it wasn't a big deal for us. But if you are going to stay a long time and want to cook and eat in the apartment, it can be impractical.

The house was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It has its own park. The wifi was good. The balcony was enjoyable. You can relax with the sounds of cicadas.

All spaces (bedroom, kitchen, bathroom) are quite tight. But they are enough to fit their purpose.

Located in the city center, in walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets, and most important across the road from the beach. Parking spaces are always available. Excellent starting point to reach all the beaches in the Sithonia peninsula. Host is always happy to advice about how to reach the next beach to visit.

Guests when signing in should sign up to the policies of the hotel - NO NOISY CLOSING OF THE APPARTMENTS' DOORS and NO LAUD SPEAKING / CRYING especially in the late evening and siesta hours. A couple of arrogant tourists .coid spoil the bacations of other guests

Practically on the beach, new room,perfect bed, small but good bathroom and kithenette, fantastic balkony and view from it on the mountains ,reasonable value for money, close to restaurants and supermarket , everything just nice .Definitely wish to recommend and hope to be back again

The bathroom was very small and the shower had no curtain.

Overall the atmosphere was very friendly and nice. The balcony was nice and someone could easily chill there and eat. The staff was super helpful and very communicative. The facility had an outside space to chill in the evening, with tables and chairs, stove and grill.

We spent 8 nights at Itamos House in Vourvourou. The facility itself is in a good location and provides everything you need for a good stay. We felt at home during our entire stay - the hosts Stela and Sakis are extremely pleasant and kind people, from the first day to the last we felt as if we had come to a friend's house. The beach is nearby, approx. 100 - 150 meters from the accommodation. Although we were here at the end of June, the sea was surprisingly warm because Vourvourou is in a bay, so not much cold seawater enters. The famous Karydi beach is 900 meters from the accommodation, so it can be reached in 2 minutes by car or 10 minutes on foot. There are also many other beautiful beaches nearby (Fava beach is also close by), so if you like to visit different beaches, there is plenty to choose from. The local store is very close, so you can buy what you need without going to other places. Vourvourou is a quiet place, perfect for a vacation - there are no noisy bars, it's quiet at night, so you can sleep well. If you prefer to visit a more urban place, Nikiti is located 15 minutes from Vourvourou, so it's easy to get there if you're motorized. We will remember this holiday in the best way and we will definitely come back here again.

This is a great place to rest in Vourvourou and I can say even Halkidiki. Restaurants are just 1 min walk from the hotel. Here is the best beach for children not deep and no waves at all. The owners are very nice and helpful.

The shower could have benefited from a curtain. It's messy otherwise with all the water pouring out, given that it is relatively small.

Itamos House is strategically located near the sea (with a nice comfy beach bar), near a cosy tavern, and a mini market is only 300 m away. The staff is amazingly helpful for all your needs. Rooms are comfortable.

The door to the bathroom was a bit noisy. In the evenings probably when everyone came back from the beach there were Wi-Fi signal interruptions on several occasions.

The hosts were really helpful and positive. I had a small incident with a sea urchin and they helped me to remove the thorns from my foot. Location of the hotel is really convenient - there are several restaurants and a supermarket really close. The Vorvourou beach is also just across the road. There is a big parking behind the hotel which is great. The room was spacious and had cookware and a big fridge with freezer compartment. We didn’t use the cooking equipment but really appreciated the big fridge. The beds and pillows were really comfortable.

Great location just 2 minutes walk from the beach. Secret tip is to walk as far as surf rental and then to find hidden private beaches without crowds. And do not forget to rent kayak, paddleboat or windsurf. Guys are great teachers. My daughter was able to windsurf after 60-minute lesson.

It could be more clean. There were spider nets and dirt on very visible places that led me to conclusion that apartment was not cleaned before our arrival

Hot water sometimes not enough for three people, two adults and one children. Rooms are never cleaned! You will find a mop and broom to clean the room by yourself. Sheets and towels received to self exchange only one time in 9 days

Тhe hot water temperature was not constant and could not be regulated (for a few seconds the water went from hot to cold and then sharply to boiling), which created serious inconveniences. The staff does not enter the rooms to clean (there are detergents available to clean our room ourselves). The staff had left a set of bed linen and towels in front of the door of our room, which we could change ourselves.
