Nothing, perfect!

What a gem, located in the heart of old Edessa this charming property and equally charming hosts exceeded all my expectations. From the welcoming fresh lemonade (homemade) to the sumptuous breakfast everything excelled. Brilliant thanks for making us welcome.

Bathroom was a bit small, as was the basin and no possibility to hang the shower.

The hotel is beautiful, our room was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. The receptionists were pleasant, polite and helpful. The location was excellent, a few minutes walk from the waterfalls, with pleasant walks along the streams. There was free parking next to the hotel. I would definitely stay there again and recommend the place to others.

Location is excellent near ald town and waterfalls. House is old but well restored and maintained. Personnel is very kind and helpful. Recommended!

Everything was great. The room is small but equipped with all you need. They suggest ro upgrade for larger room with twin beds, but we decided to stay in double bed room..

The air conditioning was not working as they were having work done. This wasn't mentioned until we asked after a warm night.

The house is beautiful in a very good location for the waterfall. We were greeted warmly and offered a drink.

The room was small and tight. I guess that is because it is a very old building. It was ok for me as I travelled alone. It would be very tight for a couple.

the guesthouse is in a very good location for visiting the water falls park and the old parts of Edessa. There is a special atmosphere in the place, warm and welcoming. The stuff were very polite and helpful. Food was good and at a fair price. The bathroom was modern and spacious. There is parking place at the property.

Was all lovely.

Beautiful historic building, amazingly helpful, kind and friendly staff. It was my birthday and they surprised me with a huge chocolate croissant with a candle and they came out to sing. Lovely! Simple, clean and comfortable rooms. Located in the old part of Edessa next to the waterfalls and beautiful panoramic views. Great breakfast, a lovely outdoor area and inner courtyard to sit for breakfast or with a drink or a snack. A real find!

The beds were hard rather than soft but that may be the way most patrons prefer them.

The location was excellent, just down the road a short way from the waterfalls. Parking was available for a limited number of cars, including ours, right outside the hotel's front door, and more parking was available in the immediate vicinity. The breakfast was good and the staff was consistently helpful and friendly.

Everything was perfect. Drink the liquor the nice lady is offering you and you won't find anything wrong, I guarantee!

This was a lovely stay in Edessa, 2 minutes away from the waterfalls. Very quiet place and extremely charming. I loved it there from the moment we arrived. The young lady at the reception was really friendly and helpful, I liked the liquor she offered me to taste and that made me forget it was night, rainy and initially we couldn't find the road to the hotel, since both Google Maps and Waze told us to take a right on a one-way street which had a stop sign (spoiler: you can ignore the stop sign and go on that cobbled street up to the hotel, they have some parking). I loved the coziness of the room and the overall decorations in the hotel, it's a restored old, traditional house. I would definitely come again and recommend it to everyone. Our room was upstairs, there's no elevator (obviously, it's an old house), so ask if they have rooms downstairs if you have limited mobility or heavy luggage.

Great location, beautiful atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Breakfast was really good and tasty and the service in general was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. Thank you!

The only "not perfect"-thing are the rather small bath rooms in the Hotel rooms.

Absolutely great place! Super service and hospitality. The Highlight is the cosy living rooms near the reception with an old chimney. Great beds and very modern Air condition.

Absolutely charming guest house with wonderful antiques, very atmospheric , but without compromising comfort and cleanliness. The staff are very charming and knowledgable and breakfast in courtyard is a treat with locally sourced delights. A must!
