Although some cleaning was made every day, I didn't understand why some tissues were changed while others were not. Moreover, the shower curtain is quite annoying as water often goes on the floor. I'd change it with some rigid plastic shower box. This would also spare some work for the cleaning lady.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast very good, the bed comfortable, and from my room there was a nice view towards the mountains on the back of the hotel (which I really liked especially for my night readings). Air conditioning perfectly working. The location was very good, two steps from the Perissa beach.

It would be nice to have a little bit of shadow on the common terrasse upstairs, a kind of tent or umbrella.

Simple but charming rooms with little balcony, good breakfast and lovely owners.There were a very hot days, but A/C worked well (fortunately for us), rooms were clean, very nice stay.

The breakfast was just ok. The photos led us to believe that there would be freshly made bakery items daily and these were just ok. Nothing stand out about the included breakfast.

The property was well maintained. It was tucked into a back street that was an easy walk to shops, restaurants and the beach.

Everything was good about this property! A Lovely family run business who offered a relaxed atmosphere & could not do enough for you. For example, we had a late flight back to the Uk but we had a 12 noon checkout time. The hosts let us leave our luggage with them & also made showering facilities & towels available so that we could freshen up before catching our flight home for no extra charge. The rooms were excellent & sizeable & both had a private roof terrace to chill out & relax on. The breakfasts were excellent with lots of choice of good quality fresh food & were offered on self service basis. Just a great all round deal which represented great value for money. We would certainly go back if we were to visit Santorini again.

A lovely peaceful location in Perissa, away from the crowds of tourists. The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. Kiki went above and beyond organising a bike to use.

The room rate was rather painful, but acceptable due to full occupancy during high season. Wifi was not perfect. Connection was interrupted several times.

Breakfast was quite simple but sufficient (scumbled eggs, sandwich meat, bread, cake, fruits, good coffee). Nice and helpful owners. We asked for early check in and got the room 2 hours earlier. When early leaving we received breakfast basket. Cosy and very clean room. Location very good, close to the beach and restaurants. No problem with parking in the street.

The rooms were nice, they were very clean, the food was very good (they also added cucumbers to the menu every morning especially for us, because our children don't like tomatos). Kiki was so helpful with us as my child needed her doctors' assistance.. Wonderful hosts and a very nice hotel!

proximity to the beach is pretty good. The rooms are very clean. The breakfast was very good and made with love. On top of that two cute twins make your day. The staff was very friendly and made you feel like a part of family

Breakfast was great, generous with the portions. Greek yogurt is delicious! Me and my wife really enjoyed staying here. The family who run the hotel are very friendly and even made us a cake as it was our honeymoon. Would definitely stay here again. If you want an authentic feel to your Greek get away, this place is it. Also 5min walk to the beach which is a bonus!

Generally Perissa tap water is salty. That’s not the issue of the hotel but a general alert.

The host family was super helpful. Very specious rooms and we got a big 2 bedroom family room. It’s at a 5 minute walk to the Perissa beach and close to all restaurants and super markets. Rooms are clean, well maintained and powerful wifi and A/c Breakfast is basic. But good for the price we paid. Continental varieties and served on table

Hotel is 5 min walking from Persia beach. We liked our stay. The staff was very friendly and nice. We has some Wifi connection issues. Give one start less for the property as I do not consider it being 4 star hotel. Breakfast was very good (try their cheese pie!!!).
