All was perfect.

We have two different stays in September, four days each one and we had a wonderful experience both times. Everything was perfect; very large room with good equipped kitchen and a large balcony sea view. The studio and the common areas were perfectly clean and Pavlos, the owner, was kind and friendly, a perfect host. The studio is 50 meters from the beach, with a very near supermarket, a bakery and restaurants. Gavrio is at 5 minutes by car, Batsi at 10. Thanks so much Pavlos, we hope to come again in future.

Everything was perfect. and very clean room service room every day. it was big Room. with balkon. very quiet. the best for relaxing. of course have a parking for your car in front of house. i thenk so much of the home owner. he was very very nice person to guide us about the island. i was on week there ist was so perfect very close to beach with beach bars. very close to supermarket. of course i want to visit again this place. thank you Ionia Studios it was very nice vocation.

Everything was perfect. Mr. Paulos and the staff were kind!!!! They served us like we were their family. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The location of the hotel is easily accessible, it is close to a super market and next to the sea. We recommend it 1000%!

The room had poor lighting, and the Wi-Fi wasn't very strong, but this is a common issue on the islands.

Pavlos is one of the best hosts I've ever met. He picked me up from the port in his car, drove me to the studios, and did the same on my return journey, telling me about the interesting places of the area and the island along the way. He also provided free laundry services and answered all my questions during my stay. The room was very clean and had a panoramic view from the balcony. The supermarket, bakery, tavern, beach, and Gavrio's famous pizza place are all nearby. The area is very quiet, cozy, and has a rural charm.

Nothing, everything was perfect. Area is small and quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay. Having a car is necessary if you want to travel further to see particular sights.

Host was incredibly accommodating and helpful. Took the time to collect us from the port and spent time discussing the property and any important details about the area. Really appreciated how important it was for him to ensure we were happy with our stay. Location is perfect, beside the beach and a lovely bakery and restaurant nearby. Room was comfortable and spotless, with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The place is situated 10 minutew from the port. Mr. Pavlos is an excellent host eager to please and help in anyway possible. The place is a great starting point for any trip on the island. A car is definately needed to reach all destnations in Andros

Pavlos is the sweetest, he is a super host! He gave us great advice on how to enjoy the island at the fullest, he was always kind and available! The rooms are luminous and spacious, and with a very short walk you are near equipped beaches. You're also two minutes apart from a mini market, where you'll find everything you need. Amazing!

The studio is perfect and very well located. The area is quiet and the village in within walking distance. The beach is next door. Pavlos was the loveliest host. He picked me up at the ferry and drove me back upon my departure. He indicated for me the nearby beach and supermarket and supplied me with a thourough document about the highlights of the island. He even brought me an expresso mini brewer and a gaz stove for me to make my favorite coffee. Pavlos is very thoughful and generous. He made my stay in Andros special.

We spend 6 days on the wonderful island of Andros in one of this amazing studio room, Our room was spick and span , comfy bed , white bed sheets and towels and only 2 minutes walk to kalva beach and 5 mins to a lovely bakery and pizza bar and tavernas , Pavlos the Ionia studios owner is one of a kind amazing helpful men..... highly recommend this hotel best place for relaxation

The floor in the bedroom could have been better cleaned, it is hard due the type of floor tiles.

The property is on top location! It is spacious and you have all the needed equipment. Very near to the port, several restaurants, a couple beautiful beaches and most importantly it somehow protected from the strong winds. The owner made our stay just perfect, picked us from/to the port, offered to drive us to the supermarket, gave us everything we needed as we arrived Sunday and most shops were closed.

Location and view from our covered patio absolutely stunning .Although only 2 ks from the port it seemed another world with the little bakery and Taverna's within walking distance. If you need to find anything, I would say that the internet connection is a bit slower during the busy hours, when everybody returns from the beaches. Video calls are not available at that time. But it seems it is a usual issue for the islands, and not a matter of wifi coverage, which was excellent (every room has its own repeater), but the capacity of the input telco links.

The entire complex is beautiful and well organized, with a beautiful view and an excellent location if you want to explore the whole island by car. On the other hand, there are a few beaches only a few hundred meters from the apartment, which you can visit on foot. The location is also very peaceful so you can enjoy evening silence with a sea&sky view and sounds of nature. The cleanliness and organization of the accommodation were on the top level. Apartments are spacious and well maintained, with all necessary facilities available. The host was so approachable and kind but also subtle. You can feel you have full privacy but also help at your hand in a few minutes if needed. Rooms were cleaned every day, as well as the apartment's outdoor environment.

Pavlos is a very nice host! I felt as if I was at home! Thank you for everything :). I can highly recommend a stay at Ionia Studios if you are looking for a quiet place to relax and go on adventures from there. You can see the beach from your balcony and the apartment is very spacious, clean and there is all you need (towels, kitchen supplies etc.).
