Easy access to everything. Clean and comfortable bed

Everything fine. The only thing I could tell is that the stairs of the bank beds are located at the side where the head lays, so to climb on to my bed I had to step nearly in the face of the person sleeping under me and I was always worried not to wake her up.

Beautiful hostel, with comfortable common spaces, in an excellent spot of the center of Heraklion (both in a quiet neighborhood and a few minutes away from the central spots and bus stops). The stuff was very welcoming and helpful and the overall vibe friendly and cosy.

One of the guest going to bed at 21.30 on saturday night blaming to switch off the light "cause she was sleeping".I think she should know she was in a dorm and quiet time is after 23.00h if not book yourself your own room.

there’s no blankets, only a sheet which is not enough. if you want, they give you a blanket but it’s not warm enough. towels are not included. showers/toilets needs to be cleaned more often.

A fresh renovated building with super new and modern bathrooms and clean. Dorm doors have electric combination code to enter, same as the building itself, with nice rooftop to gather together and good vibes with the hosts and guests. Really enjoyed my stay there and in Heraklion

This is not a criticism of the hostel. I'm disappointed with the attitude of some travellers who leave a mess in the kitchen or around the barbecue on the rooftop. Thankfully these inconsiderate and lazy folk are in the minority.

Usually I book private self-contained accommodations so this was my first experience of living with others in a 6 bed female dorm. I am 69 and trying to live my 'best life'. So ... It was great! Perfect way to solo travel and enjoy contact/chats/ideas with fellow travellers if and when you want it! Hector on Reception was very helpful and had a wonderful laid-back but efficient attitude. You want extra blankets or towels? No problem. You'd like me to book a taxi for you for 4:30am? No problem. You are worried in case the taxi doesn't arrive and you don't have data on your phone? No problem. Here's my number. You can call me via What's App. NB: Creta Taxi service arrived exactly on time! Cleaning staff do a fabulous job each day! More than happy to recommend this hostel.

The curtain for the bed as it provides privacy. The balcony is great, also the kitchen has adequate facilities.

Absolutely everything, the staff were so friendly and very helpful. The hostel was cleaned every morning. The room was spacious enough it wasn’t cramped up. The vibes of the hostel were social, I had so much fun on the rooftop with everyone. It’s everything you’ll need from a small city hostel. I’m definitely going again!

After checking in I could never find a receptionist to buy water, I guess there was nobody in the reception due to the fact we are in low season.

The place is very VERYclean and spaces are wide, you don't stumble upon anybody, the toilets are just perfect, the shower has hot water, the surroundings are not noisy at all.

Everything, in this case more than ever, is everything. Location, facilities, people, all those meaninghful interactions you dream of when staying in hostels, all those cool poeple that are solo travelers and have a “big lugage” with stories and life experiences. I know the same people are in other hostels too but Intra Muros manages to create a space for all that to manifest. Besides all, when you have a morning chat with the women who is keeping the place sparkly clean and she tells you that she is respected and very well treated by the people she works with, you know you are in the right place. Came with big expectations, it was even better.

Renewed, clean and tidy hostel. I´ve stayed in the 6 beds dorm. Confortable bed with plot and light on each bed and courtain for privacy. The bedroom had AC and lockers. Guests quite and respectful with the resting times (at least during my stay). Toliets and bathrooms clean. Alex on front desk very friendly during check-in an attentive in everyhing I asked him. Thank you!
