Construction taking place nearby for a few hrs early in the morning. End of season so I guess properties were doing refurbishments.

Clean, right on the seafront with a nice sandy beach. Friendly staff. Great food (buffet style but fresh and varied each day). Walking distance to local shops and restaurants.

Second visit to this amazing place! Staff were extremely friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast and dinner has a huge variety and the quality is fine. Hopefully we will be back again. ❤️

I got a room at street level in the annex, which therefore essentially required me to have the "terrasse" door locked at all times, and the curtains drawn the whole day and night. That sucks. But I guess somebody needs to stay in these loser rooms as well.

Everything fine. Cleaning ladies did not clean when "Do Not Disturb" sign was out. Great! Very good breakfast (even though some (more) ham would be nice), but overall very good. Staff were friendly enough. Really, everything was fine. Location is also excellent: very close (50 meters) to the beach, reasonably close to Bus Stop 19, and it is close to/in Limenas Hersonissos "tourist ghetto" with all the T-shirt shops and bars you would ever need. But also some decent shops and places to eat (e.g., amazing taverna next to Bus Stop 19).

the balcony view (road) with a side view of the sea. This needs clarification on your bookings.com site & indeed the hotels pictures as this room is described as a "superior" room with sea views but no mention of the terrace/balcony overlooking a quite busy road, In fairness to the hotels management they did acknowledge our point regrading the road & did offer to try & move us to another room, but with layout of the hotels this wouldnt be in a room with any sea view so we decided after we had unpacked after a late arrival to stay in the allocated room. Thank you to the hotel staff for understanding our initial concerns, but i do believe you need to describe the room views in more accurate detail.

room was spacious & well set out. Breakfast was more than satisfactory everything was available, a little cahotic at times due to the size of the restaurant, same at dinner although we only ate dinner on a couple of occasions.

The hotel is very close to the beach and small town. There are many restaurantsand bars close to the hotel. The room was nice, clean, we got the partial sea view as requested. There is hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel, little fridge and kettle, also A/C. You can order room service. The staff is very kind, helpful and always smiling. We also got and upgrade for our room from very kind lady. We ordered a taxi from the hotel and when our flight was delayed, it wasn't a problem. Everyone always tried to help and always asked if everything is ok. The food was very delicious, great selection for both breakfast and dinner, always fresh and the cooks always tried to fill everything up until closing. The waitresses were working quickly, there were always clean tables. Two nigts there was a fun program (saxophone and guitar playing with traditional dancing). Also the massage in Spa was good. There is really a lot of sunbeds at the pool and a pool bar with cold drinks. I appreciated you do not have to pay immediately but can use a 'room charge' and pay when you check-out. The beach is small but nice with sand and small rocks. Sunbeds are not free there. You can order drinks from the hotel restaurant.

The room was good and comfortable. The shower was great private toilet balcony and jacuzzi were amazing close to the sea. There was a particular staff member who was a credit to the hotel Dimitra above and beyond and the happiest person in Crete we met, even when busy

It's a shame there is no communal area to relax in of an evening. The lighting in our room was really confusing!

Our suite was very clean and comfy with nice facilities and an amazing view of the beach. It was my birthday while we were out there and I was treated to a massage at the spa by my partner - it was great!

Everything was great. Good location. Great staff - especially our waiter George. Good rooms with large balconys. Very clean. Supermarket next door. Beach 3 mins walk. Lots of shops, restaurants and bars near by.

The background noise, on the terrace and by the pool, of multiple extractors, air conditioners, pumps, compressors made it difficult to relax. A bit like sitting on a sunbed in a factory.

Recently and creatively refurbished to a good standard. Good breakfast and dinner buffet.

What an amazing little gem of a place this is. I just got back from a wonderful week at this lovely hotel where the facilities and location are matched by outstanding staff. They really go out of their way to make your stay memorable. My room was clean, roomy and the best part was the jacuzzi. The pool was well maintained and there were always sun beds available. Breakfast and dinner had lots of options and the menu changed for dinner daily. A short stroll to a great beach and lots of shops and restaurants.

Bad sound proofing and quite slow WiFi

Room was clean and comfortable, one of the best breakfast and dinner selections I've had. Staff was friendly and helpful. There is a pool in the yard and you can go to the beach just by crossing hotles yard and the street.

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Great variety at breakfast and dinner, spacious rooms, nice pool with many sunbeds and super close to the beach. Staff was very friendly and always there to help with anything, and would like to specifically point out Dimitria who was so kind and helpful with everything we needed. Would definitely return!!

We are not fans of piped music so avoided the pool area. Lots of local restaurants and bars play loud music too! This is a feature of Hersonissos which is an overdeveloped part of Crete.

It’s a very well-run hotel. The staff are super professional, efficient and charming. Our room gave into the beach but was quiet and private. We were walking distance to lots of restaurants car hires and shops. The private beach is well run (costs 12 euros a day which is standard for the area). Breakfast offered a big choice and great quality and catered for gluten free needs.
