The stay and experience at the villa exceeded our expectations. The villa is located just a few meters from the beach, with a terrace and a pool that overlook the water. It is arranged and organized perfectly for a couple. It seems that a lot of thought has been put into every detail. the only negative i can think of is that is a little further away from some of the more popular spots of the island. this really wasnt a problem though, and we actually very much liked this aspect of the property.

maybe the only place we’ve stayed where it deserves a higher rating - pretty hard to do since on booking.com its currently 9.9 out of 10! an unbelievably beautiful and very peaceful location away from the busier parts of the island. genuinely breathtaking views of the neighbouring islands and the rising sun. the heated pool even meant we could swim relatively comfortably at night, and the sound of the visiting birds and ocean while very comfortably relaxing outside was magic. The best part was Lefteris hosting capabilities - he really has thought of everything with Incognito, it is really exceptional, and he did absolutely everything and more for us in the short time we stayed at his property. Will definitely be coming back.

The hotel nearby played loudish music most afternoons. Depending on which way the breeze was blowing! Not enough to stay away, but noticeable all the same. Obviously it's close to the airport and you can hear the planes, but it is only once or twice an hour sometimes even less.

The villa was exceptional. Clean, stylish and very comfortable. Walking distance to two good restaurants, mini mart and course having the beach on your doorstep is always a winner. Lefteris was amazing. So helpful and knowledgeable. No question un-answered. Thank you.

Exquisite villa, perfect for honeymoon. Great infinity pool. All facilities are 5 star level. Has a kitchen, has lots of storage. Nearby mini markets and 2 delicious tavernas with fresh food. Located infront of quiet and not crowded beach and within walking distance of other beaches.

There was nothing that we didn’t like. Everything was perfect.

There are no words to describe how wonderful the Villa was. We had everything we needed and more. The view was amazing and the manager even more amazing. He took care of any needs we had and always made sure we were good. They even decorated the room a little bit since we were on our honeymoon, with Rose petals, sparkling wine, grapes, candles, everything. The housekeeper even made us a fruit platter everyday. We’re still not over how incredible the stay there was. It’s definitely worth it. We will definitely be back.

Everything was just great

This villa is a dream. Everything is perfect, from the location to the decoration, to the swimming pool, to the equipment, etc. The name perfectly suits the location, as the area is super quiet with very few tourists. The beach in front of the house felt like private as we were alone most of the time there. Last but definitely not least, Lefteris was such a great host and did everything to help us organize our trip. He welcomed us warmly and was available to help at all times. He even managed to find last minute boat tour tickets for a local festival that we learned about in the morning. Thank you so much again for everything!

The best, it has a very quiet and very private place in Santorini, on the beach. If you are looking for relaxing , this is the best place. I stayed 6 days in Oia Santorini And two days in this villa is the best option before traveling to stay two days in it to relax before traveling. The owner of the villa is a generous and hospitable person who welcomed us and drove us to the airport and gave us a lot . Thank you, Lefteris.

Loved everything about our stay. Lefteris is the most fantastic host, going above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The location is great, it is right on the beach, easy to get to Oia and around the island within 10/20mins by car. Exceptionally clean, lots of privacy and with our own private pool.

Loved the pool, view, vibe, host, and space. So so so calm and peaceful. Also right next to what ended up being our favorite restaurant on the island (Galini). We stayed to have a peaceful creative retreat with journaling, relaxation, etc., and it was perfect for that.
