For Santorini I found it was quite hard to find somewhere that’s not very overlooked. But here the rooms were really thought out, some are slightly over looked.

A beautiful hotel, the staff are very helpful and friendly! Everything that is provided is great quality, breakfast on the balcony is perfect.

The IKIES is perfect! It is located at the beginning of Oia so you can see the whole town like a picture postcard from the hotel. The staff are amazing! A special thanks to Catherina for her warm welcome and helping us with whatever we needed be it a taxi or restaurant reservations. The breakfast is served on your private terrace and absolutely delicious and had so many unlimited options that we didn’t know what to choose! The hotel also provides all day dining in your room/terrace and whenever we ordered anything it was superb. We can’t wait to go back!

Fantastic location and extremely friendly staff. We received the smallest room with the best balcony. It is very peaceful place but few minutes walk to busier area. We enjoyed all minutes in this hotel and recommended for everyone.

There’s nothing to say about disliking as everything seems perfect… it’s not negative review but if you have old parents with you during your visits better to avoid as there are lot of stairs.

It was quite and perfect for a relaxing family trip. Which allow you to stay out of noise.

For my wife and I, IKIES is the perfect place to stay when visiting Oia. We will definitely look to stay here again if we were to (very likely) return.

The location of IKIES is perfect. At the quiet edge of Oia, you are no more than about 10mins walk from the hustle and bustle of the busy village. Our room (The Boatman's) was positioned for the most amazing views of the sunset, the Oia vista and the sea. Breakfast, drinks, meals were served on the terrace of our room - what more can one ask for?!

Amazing staff - Constantinos the owner, Giannis the manager, lovely Katerina and all other staff members. Fine room designed, large suite, comfortable bad. Balcony with private jacuzzi was great. A breathtaking view and spectacular sunsets. Perfect location - just a short walk to Oia center. We enjoyed our stay and it was an exceptional experience. We will definitely choose this hotel again for our next visit to Santorini.

Everything was beyond perfect!! There is nothing to not like!

From the minute my daughter and I arrived to Ikies in Santorini we were in awe with the location the view the room and the incredible staff. We even got to meet the owner! Thank you to Katerina Kiriaki Gianni Fred and all the staff! I can't say enough great things each and every one and how amazing they were to us! Everyone went above and beyond to make sure our stay was exceptional! Our table (each room has an assigned table) was a dream! Our breakfast which we got to choose every night for the next morning was cooked to perfection! We even had lunch and other meals there that were so delicious! Choices were great! It was quite with an amazing pool overlooking the caldera! A quick walk to the center of Oia! Also when our flight was cancelled late at night without hesitation they made sure they could accommodate us! I am so thankful for everything! We can wait to go back! I wouldn't stay anywhere else!!! We recently stayed at this hotel and were really amazed by it. Firstly, the location of the hotel is great. You can see the amazing views of the whole city and also the sunset in the sea from the hotel. Secondly, the service was wonderful. All people from the staff were really nice to us and they helped us a lot in organising our transport and also other activities like going on a boat in the sea. Finally, the rooms were also nice. We had a room for three with a jacuzzi and we liked it a lot. Outside every room there are sun-beds which is an amazing detail to the room. Also the thing that satisfied us the most from this hotel is the fact that every morning you have your breakfast being served and the table in front of your room so as soon as you open the doors when you wake up you can have a beautiful sea view with your breakfast.At all our stay at the hotel was really enjoyable and we recommend it to other people so that they can have an amazing stay at Santorini.

Stunning Resort, spectacular location and amazing staff. One of the best in Santorini. Thank you to the entire staff, excellent service in every way. Katerina went far and beyond, many gratitude to her hard work, sincere and extremely caring person. It was pleasure to meet the owner, he certainly made us feel special. Ikies always will be our choice when we go back.

Breakfast dishes and presentation were a bit plain, otherwise nothing

Spotless and extremely charming small hotel in a quiet location on the edge of the village, with one of the best caldera views we've had on the island. Dinner served on the room terrace, with sunset over Oia, was a dream. On the departure day the management was very accommodating with late check-out and bridging the waiting time until our airport transfer. Will come back!

Really love everything about this property! It was a last minute booking for me but really love everything about this place. This property was not crowded, the service is top-notch! Highly recommended! On our last night, our room air conditioned didn’t work and they even upgraded our room!

Everything was fantastic from the room to the exceptional staff. Breakfast is served on the balcony overlooking Oía. Located right outside the town of Oía which made for a great location as your far enough outside the rush but still in walking distance. This place is amazing and would highly recommend to anyone.

Nothing, it was amazing

Perfect location on the edge of Oia. 10 minute walk to the heart of Oia. The staff was so friendly and helpful! You have a personal breakfast on your balcony every morning while looking out on the caldera. The views from your balcony provide a perfect sunset so you don’t need to challenge the crowds in town!
