Miss Spiridoula was absolutely awesome and super helpful. The breakfasts were delicious, they have the most comfortable beds, super clean, 10 minutes walk to downtown of Oia.

I loved everything, no dislike.

The property is well maintained, has rooms with hot tubs and is super convenient. Everything is so close to it. Oia is a 15 min walk or a 4 min drive. Also the receptionist goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect. Highly recommend.

Nothing everything was perfect!

Absolutely stunning place, it was very comfortable and clean and the receptionist was incredibly kind and helpful. The optional breakfast is amazing, the hot tub on the balcony was amazing. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very nice. Parking lot was convenient. It was the perfect place to wrap up our romantic vacation as a couple.

The property was well located, 5 minutes by scooter from Oia city center. The owner Spiridoula was amazing, she has satisfied our needs and she was nice to suggest all the attractions around the isle . I would surely recommend this place !!

A pool would have really elevated the property. There is no quick access to the ocean here so there is no where to escape the heat. We enjoyed the boat cruise recommended by the hostess, but our hotel was the first pickup so we spent an hour going to other hotels.

The sunset from the balcony could not have been better! It was directly next to Finikia Restaurant which was fabulous. One night we ate at the restaurant and another night we picked up food to eat on our balcony. The hotel is conveniently located next to the bus stop, which you will need access to when visiting different areas of the island. Co It is a quick walk to Oia center, where there is a higher quality shopping experience than in Fira. The hostess, Spiradoula, was wonderful. We stayed in three other places while in Greece, and she is the only one who spent time with us explaining the bus system while providing us with a map and a schedule. She was so thorough and pointed out “must see” areas on the island and recommended boat cruises.

There wasn't a single thing we disliked. Just amazing

Great location, just in front of a bus stop, many good restaurants nearby, walking distance to a market and to one of the main cities. The hotel was super clean, great view from the balcony, amazing breakfast service, and very cozy. We had a amazing experience there overall and would definetely come back in the future. Easy 10/10

Nothing really wrong however it’s worth mentioning that the bathroom is quite small and may be tricky to negotiate if you are larger than average. All facilities work fine though including shower with good forceful hot water and complimentary shampoo/shower gel.

This is a family run property. The host Spiridoula was very friendly, warm and knowledgeable offering excellent tips for our stay. The property is located just outside the hectic Oia (10-15 mins walk to town) so is quiet at night. Couple of good traditional restaurants within 3-4 mins walk. Cheap mini-bar and very well cleaned & maintained. Breakfast delivered on request per day. Great views of course.

The rooms are very clean, very functional . The terrace has a very nice ocean view. It is situated 15 min by walk from Oia. Our host was incredible , she has helped us from the very beginning until the end, she gave us many recommendations and we were always very satisfied with them ! She helped us rent a car, and organised the car delivery directly at the Kiklamino studios. Everything went perfectly well, we will be back, thank you !

An excellent choice for a stay in Oia, everything very clean and well thought out, the jacuzzi excellent, the sunsets wonderful, the only problem was the size of the bed, it is small for a person of 1.95 m.

No pool but we knew this already and used the pool at the place down the road which was spectacular!!

We had the best stay here!! Everything was spotlessly clean, the staff were amazing, the views were gorgeous and location was super close to Oia. Some great restaurants just a few meters down the road and bus stop right outside. Thanks so much to all of you for such a wonderful stay, we’ll be back again :)

The view outside from the balcony doesn't ecapsulate the Santorini that tourists would usually prefer to see but there is still a nice sea view especially when the sun sets.

The host was super friendly and accommodating. She provided all the information we would need about bus schedules and gave us many recommendations of what to do around Santorini. She also brought us a really good breakfast! The accommodation was also located right across from the bus stop so it was easy to get to Fira and Oia for only €2. Restaurant Finikia next door also serves amazing dinner, especially their moussaka and kalimari

The wi-fi was not the most reliable.

The hostess is friendly, helpful, and wants to ensure that your arrival and stay is comfortable and enjoyable. The location is a small walk from the main part of Oia, but it has its own fantastic view of the sunset. Next door is a delicious restaurant recommended by the hostess and right across the location is a connecting road to the trail that connects Fira to Oia. The breakfast was a paid add on but you are served right on time with fresh, delicious, and filling food and beverages. Definitely worth checking out if you are looking for a quiet and comfortable accommodation with a fantastic view.

Spirioloulo the host was extremely helpful from the moment we arrived, rooms was very clean, excellent location, views of sunset were amazing. I will definitely be back, what a beautiful family run stay, breakfast is beautiful and brought to your room every morning. Spirioloulo helped with all our booking including 5 hour yacht cruise which was simply amazing, also car hire. Amazing host. Oia is a 20 min walk, bus stop is outside hotel. All round great holiday.

I can't think of anything. Wonderful stay!

The room was very nice, and the person in at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. We appreciated all the suggestions regarding restaurants within walking distance and things to do on the island. The location was very good - quiet location but easy access to the walking path linking Oia and Fira (short walk to Oia and a longer but enjoyable walk along the Caldera to Fira). The quaint village with the recommended restaurants just below the hotel was a nice surprise. Also, I was very impressed with all the amenities provided - not just the expected soap, hair shampoo, etc. but also toothbrushes, slippers, robe, etc. It is my understanding that this is a family owned and run hotel - mother and daughter (both of whom are very friendly). We highly recommend it!

Nothing! It was perfect.

The property was beautiful! The host was very kind and always available to contact. Just outside of the suite was the bus stop, where you can catch the bus to Oia for €2, or get the bus back to Fira to then go to Perissa, Kamari, etc. The host gave us a map of the island, the bus times and recommendations. The place itself was clean, the hot tub was lovely and had a beautiful view of the island, especially when the sun set! The bed was comfy and we enjoyed watching TV. Toiletries were provided. There was a mini bar in the fridge with water, beer and wine, and the place is a 2 minute walk from Finika restaurant, 5/10 minutes to Santorini Mountain and 10/15 minutes to a local supermarket.

We did not have breakfast there as we wanted to have Bfast at scenic Oia. Room was very good set up, it is like a studio room. I was lucky to be treated with spa room. Unfortunately, did not have much to enjoy it. Very accommodating, allow us to check in early when rooms are available/free. Must come back to visit Spiridoula.

No negatives.

The apartment was more than we had expected, the balcony was huge with Sun beds and a beautiful sunset view. Breakfast was amazing too. The whole.place was super clean, and the hospitality was wonderful. The only thing I can think to bear in mind is that it is in quite a remote area. We didn't mind, we had a car and we wanted the tranquility. To get to the local restaurants in the tiny village below, you have to go on foot, down steep pathways and steps. Again, not an issue for us it was all such an adventure.
