Wifi was available but without internet. Probably needed a reset or something. I didn't bother to inform the staff as cellular reception was fine with 5G and I used my own data plan. I would have liked some more coffee capsules and some cleaning detergent for the kitchen.

Great location near the center. Super clean room and with good new decoration, probably recently renovated. Transfer was available from and to the harbor. Availability to order food from the adjacent hotel. Every day cleaning.

Property is overooking a plaza which tends to be noisy in late afternoons, but windows are soundproof. There is a bunkbed which kids loved but the upper bed was lacking a bar or some sort of protection to prevent a accidental fall at night during sleep.

Excellent property. Spacious for a family of four with a balcony overlooking the central plaza. Location is easily accessible with great view of the town and within walking distance to any point of interest within the town. Room is clean and in very good condition. Easily available parking. Owner team is very responsive. Would definitely recommend.

Some steps to get to our first floor apartment, which whilst not a problem for us, would not be ideal if you have mobility issues

Very modern, fully equipped and well located apartments Our apartment was spacious Easy access to the port, and it's bars, restaurants and shops, but away from the action, so fairly quiet We were met at the port Symi is fantastic and I would happily stay here again

The wifi wasn't working properly when we were there but we had our sim cards so we weren't that bothered.

The owner went and picked us up from the port so that was a nice surprise (also dropping us off as well). The room was a great size and the location was just perfect.

Instructions to find the place could be better. There is a children's playground close by and the local kids were quite noisy in the early evening.

The apartment we had was very new and modern, everything worked and you could even have a shower without flooding the bathroom floor.

My bags were in the hotel next door until my room was ready and when I checked in no one was answering the phone to let me know which apartment mine was because the keys were in a lock box. I had to ask a guest down stairs and go find it myself which was ridiculous because I just wondered around the whole building until I found it. The beds are very hard and the shower and taps have a clear problem when you use warm water they spurt out water incredibly hard like there is air in the pipes, very uncomfortable and the shower made it very uncomfortable! The kitchen had no pots or pans only plates, cutlery and glasses.

The apartment is in a great location only couple meters from the port and no steps other than 10 steps to enter the room I stayed in. They collected me from the port free of charge and my room was ready early. It was very clean and the balcony was very nice. The apartment had great air con and very spacious And they replied via txt on bookin.com quiet prompt but anytime I called no one answered which was annoying. There was cold water in the fridge which was a nice touch when I arrived.
