It exceeded our expectations! The hotel is amazing! Amazing view, rooms, pool, location... But the staff is what makes it special. People at the reception, from the bar, pool... They are impeccable! Will not look for any other hotel when I'm back to Santorini!!

Homeric Poems is absolutely unique and made Santorini the main highlight of our trip to Greece. The staff (special shout out to Nadia at reception and Nik bar/restaurant) went out of their way to make it a special stay for us. They arranged an amazing catamaran sunset tour and scooter so we could get around as well as booking restaurants/beach clubs while we were there. Not only is the location and view of the hotel incredible but it is a very relaxing place to unwind from the hustle and bustle of the rest of the island.

Everything, was top class. We stayed in the Grand Suite and there isn’t a thing we can complain about. The views were impeccable and service was to match. The room has both a pool and hot tub that were great for use in the day and night. We didn’t want to leave the place over our stay

Everything 10/10 — the staff, the facilities, the room. It’s worth the price. Homeric Poems has an ideal location that’s walking distance to great restaurants in Fira but also not in the super crowded touristy areas. You’ll have plenty of peace to relax at the hotel. It’s so beautiful that people walking by try to enter to take pictures! A big thank you to the amazing staff, in particular Stefanos and Karolina who were always there with a smile and priceless human attention & kindness. You can count on the front desk to help you with restaurant bookings and anything else you may need! We really appreciated that.

I would have stayed more at the bar if they would offer a nice white wine per glas

It was not in the crowded Thira Center but about 10‘ by foot. Perfect to avoid chaos and big turist spots. The pool and the view are just amazing and the whole crew very friendly and professional.

It should recommand the tenant go to the hotel by texi. We lived in oia in the first day and then went to the fira by bus. Because there were only 1 km from the bus station to the hotel we first tried to walk to the hotel but it failed. It is no possible to walk to the hotel on the mountain with two packages. SO conect to the hotel to arrange a car take you to the hotel!

The beds were slightly uncomfortable and the bathroom didn't leave much space for privacy (the doors didn't close all the way).

It's worth booking this hotel just for the pool and the view. The view from the pool is by far the best in Fira area and it's very secluded, unlike many other spots on the island where you're on the street or can easily be seen from by the mass of people. The location is also perfectly situated between Fira and Imerovigli. Everyone was so nice too- the service was amazing!

The location of the hotel is very convenient as its 20min away from the beaches of the south and east sides of the island and from Oia. The room we had had an amazing view and offered some privacy which is not always easy to find. The staff was wonderful and helped us with all the beaches and restos recommendations and bookings. We had a wonderful stay.

Amazing stay at Homeric Poems. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The localisation is amazin, just a 10min walk from the busy Fira (south) and 10min from Imerovigli (north). The inifinity pool, although of modest size, is one of the micest we've seen on the island with great views of the caldera. The rooms were amazing. We stayed in one of the cheaper rooms which felt much bigger than advertised on the site and had amazing views of the caldera. We spent the last night in the honey moon suite which has both a private pool and a jacuzzi, communicating directly from the bedroom. Breakfast is amazing, served on your private terrace at time of your chosing. Couldn't recommend Homeric Poems more!

Much better than the last place we booked Staff super helpful and friendly. The only reason I did not give 5 because just like all places in Santorini on the cliff they are very expensive for what you get. Except the view and location of course.

ositive / view and location but the property does not qualify for 5 start status both in terms of amenities and service. We were offered the top apartment which had very deep long stair cases to access to the restaurant and pool.The pool had a shaking aka broken steel walk way in the water. The attitude of the staff was not to receive feedback and concerns, instead they seem to bask in the glory that they have very good ratings online which is the reason we booked them in the first place. The biggest dissappoinment was when my husband requested for a few mins delay in checkout post 11 am / the staff threatened us to charge for delay by the minute. This was not stated in the booking confirmation so is not a standard policy. We did not find the experience pleasant and would not recommend this place to family and friends. We were a family of 4 global travellers travelling with teen kids. We have stayed in numerous hotels in Santorini and this one has been the biggest disappointment for the money they charge
