Nothing. I mean they can't control the heat but if they could they probably would!

The suite was large, comfortable and clean. The staff is exceptional. Costa, Mario and Tomas were friendly and helpful with information and really catered to every need whether it was late night pizza delivery, laundry or arranging tours and transfers. They even suggested a local sunscreen for me and it saved my skin. The breakfast was amazing. Generous portions and customized. Great fruit and omelets. The house keeping staff was also friendly and greeted everyone with a smile. We slept wonderfully in the beds and the bathrooms were spacious, clean and spa like. We appreciated everything. Thank you.

We had a little incident in the jacuzzi. I leant on the side where the drain was and it sucked my back quite harshly, I needed help to get out. I'm sure it was mainly bad luck as it is probably not common to block the whole drain, but please, keep in mind not to lean on that side. Besides that, the jacuzzi was relaxing and lovely, and the staff offered to make it up to me (their concern and kindness was more than enough).

We fell in love with Kosta, he was the perfect host, super kind and attentive. Really nice (and refreshing!) suite, very well located, and fantastic breakfast.

Because of the hot tub, the bedding felt damp. There were some mold spots that need to be cleaned. Our TV didn’t work.

The staff, location, facilities, WiFi, basically everything. We went in not expecting much, but wow... we loved everything. My friend and I were very well welcomed by Thomas, the host. Let's just say Thomas is an exceptional host. He's very helpful, responds quickly to messages, and he's ready to offer support whenever you need. He went out of his way to make us feel at home. This, for us, was very important . The place in itself is just gorgeous in its white concept, comfy bed, and modern decorations. For two people, it was enough, and cosy. I really loved the hot tub. The best part for us was the environment around, no stairs (if you're in Hill Suites 2), It was also very close to the main fira centre, you can pretty much find everything like restaurants, bakery, shops within a 3/6 minutes walk and the bus stop, which we used a lot, so very convenient, the place was extra clean and very well maintained. Honestly, a 10 out of 10. Thanks to Thomas and Mario and this beautiful cleaning lady for making our stay very enjoyable and for being the best staff ever. We'll definitely come back to this place.

We had a bit of problem trying to locate the hotel since there are two facilities, and where we stayed is not close to the main street but we were able to resolve that with the help of the receptionist.

The facilities were very cozy and charming and provided a good environment for a sound rest. The staff were all very friendly and helpful especially the receptionist.

nothing much to not like for a one-night’s stay; relatively near to fira town. if staying longer in fira, might be better to stay nearer/in town. just next door to Hill suites can get good coffee if breakfast is not covered in room rate like mine.

very clean and comfortable, even though bed and room were a little small. very luxurious feel too. enjoyed the private hot tub outside room. the clothes rack outside was also useful!

Initially wifi was spotty in the accommodation, but the on site staff ensured that it was fixed in a timely manner.

Good location, friendly and accommodating staff, breakfast was tailored to what we wanted, transportation to and from the place was available and timely (and coordinated by Thomas and Costas - staff). Able to have same day laundry done, which was great!

We kept losing our way when returning from the centre, and a few signs for Hill Suites in the alley ways would have helped.

Breakfast was very good and filling. Really appreciate the yummy cake slices they gave us every day. Orange juice could be better. The hot tub was awesome after walking around all day (especially after Fira to Oia hike) . Loved that we had two bedrooms and two bathrooms...this is the biggest hotel suite we've ever stayed in..

We loved the staff, both guys in the reception are very friendly, Thomas was so kind, always with a smile on his face and ready to help. Nice location, in a quiet area just 5-10min walk from the main street of Fira.

Our concierge Thomas proactively communicated with us regarding everything! He setup our airport transfer, was waiting to retrieve all of our baggage, gave specific instructions around navigating the area and how to take public transportation, etc. The facility was awesome and spacious, very clean, wonderful breakfast, in the center of Fira so walking distance to everything we needed. We greatly enjoyed our stay here and would stay again!

Nothing, only on our arrival I was a bit disappointed on our room,but it says that’s what I booked for it was a small room but I told them I want a bigger room for my birthday, and next day I got a bigger room and a nice view as my wish😌
