We loved everything about this place. Vasillis and Marta at the front desk were excellent! They helped us with fun ideas of places to go and made us feel very at home during our stay. Housekeeping was excellent, coming everyday to refresh the room. Breakfast was very good with many varieties. The pool was so refreshing at the end of a hot day of play. The location in Akrotiri away from the craziness of tourism but still close to a market and more authentic restaurants.

Hmm. I’m thinking the hotel could provide a large beach towel. The ones given were small.

Well our day trip with tour operator never arrived as we stood in sun 1 hour. Our reception & staff went out of their way to accommodate by booking another tour that following day. They also compt us with food & wine as an apology. They also spoke with tour operator and found out our booking was lost in system

The walls between the rooms are a bit thin and you can hear every single word of your neighbour.

Nice location with a very beautiful view to the caldera of Santorin. Nice breakfast is included in the price and has everything the greek cuisine offers. Very friendly hotel host at the rezeption. Very close to the most beautiful beaches of Santorin (red beach etc.)

Whenever we moved in the bed, it was squeaky & not very comfortable but that is a minor thing. Everything else was perfect!

Best views of Santorini, super nice & helpful staff, excellent breakfast, great value for money. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The view is something super important to me and it was beathtaking! We were in three different rooms (long story short - there was no option of staying in one during our stay, so we booked three). Can I just say I loved Marta from the reception? The best staff experience ever, thank you for all the help! Even though the hotel was full it didn't seem crowded :)

a little confusing to get to, but easy once you Google the name on Google maps, the address on booking.com is not exactly where it is located, but learned that there are no specific addresses in Greece always!

Absolutely nothing. It was great.

The staff were unbelievably accommodating. We were caught off-guard in the middle of our stay with the terror attacks back home in Israel. From the moment we made our situation known and explained that we needed to get back home, Vasili and Marta (hope I’m spelling those names correctly) helped us in every way possible. They let us use the office phone to reach out to airlines. They helped us search for every solution possible to help us reach our destination. Vasili contacted our car rental company and requested that we be able to drop off the car at the port, instead of at the airport. He sat with us for hours, doing everything he could to make our process of return as smooth as possible. The manager of the hotel came to us and said—should we need to stay in Santorini any longer—that we wouldn’t have to worry about accommodation for as long as we needed. They even prepared a breakfast-to-go bag for us the night before we decided to leave. They put their hearts into their work and truly help in every way they can.

The bed is so firm or hard could have been medium or medium firm. Other than that it’s all nice ambience is nice and clean. I’m looking forward to go back to Santorini for a longer period of time

Breakfast is good lots of choices and good thing too we have our breakfast prepared for the early morning we leave. Location is fantastic the view cleanliness. Love it. Receptionist are really nice

Amazing view on the caldera and Fira. Very nice, welcoming and friendly staff. (And flexible) When arriving, they upgraded us to a more expensive room, for free. The more expensive room had a very nice hot tube with amazing view. however, the room was right next to the street and we could hear a lot of car noise. When we explained that to the staff, they immediately gave us back our original room, which was way calmer and had even better view! We really enjyoed the common swimming pool with an amazing view and the whole hotel stay. 2 little bottle of water and 2 coffe per day were provided in the room. Akrotiri, the town next the hotel was very cute and much less crowded than Fira and Oia. 20min drive to the airport 20min drive to Fira 34 min drive to Oia
