Rooms are a bit old, bathrooms are quite small.

Breakfast was good, with a lot of options and the coffee was great. Pool was nice and clean but the sunbeds could use some replacement, some of them were really old and damaged.

Everything was perfect

Location was good. Staff of the reception - greek and french Lady- were nice and helpful, giving very good suggestions were to Go for the beaches and for the Restaurant. We hope to come back soon again. Thanks a lot

Bathroom is old and deserves renovation. Or at least needs a little treatement and mentainence.

Location is fine, parking space available. Staff is nice and helpfull. We enjoyed breakefast the most. Room had renovated bed and doors. Clean too.

Hotel is a little old and the door handles are a bit flimsy but not a big issue.

Relaxing hotel located in Kissamos, great as a base for exploring the west side of Crete which saves a lot of time driving back and forth from Chania. We really enjoyed it. The staff were also lovely. Thank you!

the door didn’t work properly. the staff made a little mess with time and payment in cash for the boat trip that they offer by message in booking. At the end they schedule the trip because we were able to pay by cash.

AC unit in the room was leaking water. Reception informed but technician did not turn up.

Nothing. The facilities are old but work. You can't expect sea front . It is on the big road.

The price is reasonable for a room and breakfast. It's 3minutes walk from kasteri(kisamoss)bus station.

The beds of the room and the mattresses are not very comfy. WiFi not always working in the bedroom.

The hotel location/position is convenient to reach the nearest beaches of Falasarna. The terrace is comfortable. The staff is very kind and helpful.

Thank goodness for great staff at this hotel. After having no power when arriving back at reception closing time, the receptionist handled the stressful situation very well finally getting instructions from the electrician to restore power. The room was not what I expected and disappointing so was redeemed with a room change the next day by another staff member. I found the location to be too noisy beside the road and a night time barking dog.

Nice hotel pool, great breakfast and great staff. The beach was nearby easy to walk.

The mattress is a bit hard for my taste, because i like to sleep in a soft mattress, but i would say this is a personal preference.

The Hotel is super cute seems very familiar. The stuff was really super friendly and helpful! The location is amazing the beach is 5min walking away and the most beautiful beaches of Crete are in the surrounding! I would definitely book it again.

Everything was perfect but the hotel would benefit from a bit of renovation for example in the bathroom. However, we would come back for sure because the value for money is very worthy!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Their recommendations were a 100% success. They offer you to book the boat trip to Balos, arrange airport transfers or rent a car for your stay. The room is big and comfortable and breakfast was very good with continental options as well as some English breakfast option. The location of the hotel is perfect to move around with your car and for local tarverns and beaches. There is also a very nice pool that we could not use due to the weather.
