Very clean, great location, and nice views of the sea. Anastasia was a very helpful host and also provided great breakfast for additional charge. Bed was comfortable and room cleaned with new towels everyday.

Loved everything about it!

This property has a great location and the staff is very gracious and helpful. The room was great and our small view of the harbor was exceptional. The staff arranged for our taxi from the ferry and to the airport. They gave us great restaurant recommendations all over Milos. We would be happy to return.

I honestly can’t think of anything!

The hotel is in a great location, right on the water in the bay of Pollonia. The suite was very clean, and it had everything you needed. Housekeeping came in everyday to change the sheets which was amazing, even though it wasn’t even needed! You can swim right in front of the property or walk 3 mins down the road and swim at the sandy public beach. It was perfect, I’ll be back!

Friendly beach apartment with a nice maritime vibe. We liked the location overlooking the bay, just 5 minutes on foot from restaurants and swimming beaches. And we were delighted with the cold white wine in the fridge.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Heliotropio for 3 nights, 4 days. Where should I start? The apartment was just perfect: good size bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. We had fresh sheets and towels daily as well as a clean apartment. The view from the balcony is simply breathtaking, peaceful and private. Heliotropio is located 5-7 minutes walk from Pollonia center, where there are a few restaurants, coffee shops and mini markets. Anastasia and her daughter Androniki were the most welcoming hosts and suggested the best places to visit during our stay. Both my partner and I HIGHLY recommend Heliotropio for your stay in Milos and we will definitely stay there again!

I had a lovely private balcony looking onto beautiful flowers and the sea. The home cooked food was delicious. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. I wish I had stayed longer!

I would recommend staying here in a heartbeat. In fact when we’ll be back we’ll stay here again. Its a greek family run buisness. Nicky, the daughter, was so helpful in organizing everything during our stay and making our trip memorable. The room is so pretty and well decorated. 5 mins walk away from the port of Pollonia, just far enough to get away from the noise. There is also an access to the sea from the hotel.. magical!

We very much enjoyed our stay in the wonderful three bedroom apartment. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The balcony has gorgeous views over the bay and there is a roof deck above the apartment that looks out on the ocean and the bay. We went swimming right out front in the bay one day and the water was clear and beautiful. Pollonia is a great town with beautiful views, good restaurants, and easy access to the beautiful places on the north side of Milos. Nikki and Anastasia were very kind and helpful. We had a lovely breakfast on the last morning of our stay. It is a fantastic place for a family vacation and we hope to be back some day!

This is a fantastic option for staying in Milos. The location is great, a 5-minute walk from the center of Pollonia. Our apartment had two patios right on the water's edge overlooking the town harbor. It was beautiful. The apartment was very large and had everything we needed, and Anastasia, the hostess, was very helpful in giving advice about where to go and what to do. Highly recommend.

A little small for two people, but comfy anyway

The studio was small, however it has a rooftop with amazing views to the small bay and port. You can swim straight away in front of the studio. Staff was very accommodating!

We spent a few delicious and relaxing days in a quiet location. Our room with partial sea view was large and had a nice terrace. The hosts are charming, pay great attention to your well being and Nikki advises you on things to do in Milos. Especially go eat at the restaurant! Anastasia’s cuisine is delicious, especially the kebab and lasania. Authentic, simple and inexpensive cuisine.

We stayed with my girlfriend for 4 days at heliotropio and our experience was outstanding overall - a value for money choice! The apartment was spacious, very clean with a high attention to detail. Mrs Anastasia and he daughter Androniki welcomed us with a big smile and helped us out with all our inquires about the island and guided us really well with our planning. In fact, we got tips and did things in the island that only a local would know of! We thank them for making our stay as comfortable and fun as possible.

Pollonia is an unparalleled charm on the island of Milos! It’s worth staying here for a night as opposed to visiting during the day so you can really enjoy the quiet and charming streets. I’m so happy we stayed at Heliotropo. Our room had two balconies and a private beach. We could leap out of our room and into the water, essentially! The apartment itself was comfortable and had a powerful AC which is always important. Anastasia was a wonderful and kind host. She procured us a taxi and made a delicious breakfast. It’s a homey feel in a place that you wish could be your home!

The location was excellent. Close to a lot of restaurants and the beach. The studio was really clean and spacious. What we were really impressed with though, was the daughter of the owner. She gave us an amazing overview of the whole island including where to go, where to eat etc. We visited almost all of her recommendations and none of them disappointed. We fully recommend staying there.
