I would not change one thing in regard to our accommodations!!

We stayed in a refurbished boat house which was literally 10 steps from our bed to the water. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was roomy, and the size of the boathouse was perfect for a couple. Every morning my husband would go for a swim, and I would sit on the patio, have a cup of coffee of coffee and watch the boats. Anastasia and her staff were amazing. For a very small fee, she provided the most delicious breakfasts. She assisted us in renting a car, made suggestions for site seeing and places to eat. Our stay was amazing!!

Although it was an easy walk, quite close to Pollonia port, it was not easy to go by foot with luggage to Pollonia bus stop or Kimolos ferry departure point and no transfer offered by hotel.

The location was fantastic, right on the sea, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the bay. It was also very quiet, at night you could only hear the waves. We walked over to the restaurant area every night .. a very pleasant walk. Also, breakfast was wonderful. Anastasia made a different pie and cake everyday and offered self-made marmalade, fruit, fantastic greek yoghurt etc. We absolutely loved this place.

The view was amazing. The host was very friendly and welcoming and provided excellent suggestions around the island. We really loved the little bottle of Greek wine left for us in our room as a welcome gift. The room was cute and immaculate. Would recommend this quiet space to anyone visiting milos!

We like to sit out on the balcony to relax or eat breakfast but sadly balcony was very small (only just room to sit on two small chairs) and over looked the road and some waste ground (although it did have a partial sea view). The roof terrace wasn’t really convenient to use being on the roof of a completely separate building - separated by another building.

Nice little balcony with view to the sea. Can even swim just at the bottom of the property. Definitely need a car to get around anywhere as quite expensive to get taxi.

The place was great with an amazing view of Pollonia. The staff, Anastasia and Emma in particular, were lovely as well as very welcoming and accomodating and made a tasty varied breakfast. We had an amazing time, and thoroughly recommend staying here.

My room is on a cliff so I need to go down about 3 flights of stairs to get to the room. There was not much going on after dark so the best bet is to get food from supermarket before you spend your quiet evening in the room with a view.

This hotel sits among several larger hotels. The view is amazing as you can see the sunset over caldera. There are a few parking spots in front and I was lucky to get one. The hotel is very close to the highway to the airport.

We loved Everything! Anastasia's place was perfect for our stay on Milos! Her place is in an ideal location in Pollonia. Walking to everything the town had to offer. Going for a morning swim right outside the door was amazing! Breakfast was delicious and home made by Anastasia herself!! She is a lovely lady and a perfect host! Cannot wait to return!!! Thank you Anastasia! Hope to see you again soon Also hope your leg is getting better.🙂

It was perfect, nothing that we didn’t like about the property. I will say though that we were not totally satisfied with the car rental agency that was recommended to us by the property owner. The vehicle did not have a spare tire, and when we brought that up to the agency (avance) they were very rude to us and said we could just rent from someone else if we did not like what we got.

Beautiful location and very friendly and kind staff. We stayed in the boathouse and it was magical. Even on the windy days it’s well protected and perfect for a swim right out your door. Definitely book the boathouse if you have the chance!

Loved our room at Heliotripio Studios and Apartments, it was very spacious and had everything you need. Had a lovely balcony with partial sea views. The host was very helpful and arranged transfers to and from the port. The location is great in Pollonia, just a short walk into the town where there are some great places to eat. Would come back.

My daughter and I shared a studio that literally opened onto the sea. It couldn’t be more perfect. The facilities are great and newly built. Our host Anastasia was amazing and gave us a full run down of the island and suggested the places to visit; restaurants etc. We really loved the hospitality and would happy stay there again. Milos is a beautiful island.

We encountered an issue with the shower as there was no hot water, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, we were told to come down at 9am the following day due to our late arrival, but we didn't manage to find the time to do so, as we were out early and returned late when there was no staff available. I believe this may have been to discuss the property, internet, breakfast options etc. As a result, we had no internet access. This may have been a misunderstanding on our part, though. Furthermore, we would have preferred if the bed was made with the sheets and blanket, as they were left on the bed for us to arrange ourselves.

We absolutely loved our stay at the property! The lady who greeted us was incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcome right from the start. It was such a thoughtful touch to find the cutest surprise waiting in our room to celebrate our honeymoon; they went above and beyond to make it special. The serene ambiance of the place was exactly what we were looking for - quiet and peaceful, allowing us to relax and unwind. Not to mention, the cleanliness of the property was impeccable, making us feel comfortable and at ease during our stay.
