You have to start by talking about the stunning views of the caldera from the private balcony. The sunset views are simply unbeatable from there. The breakfast served every morning was simply delicious and the hosts were so welcoming, kind and helpful with all regards of our stay. We highly recommend that you stay here during your time in Santorini!

Olympia and Evangelia were amazing hosts! Very friendly and accommodating. The apartment is in a beautiful location in Imerovigli, with an unobstructed view of the caldera. Easy walk to Firostefani/Fira, and a 2 minute walk from the bus stop. The breakfast was also a great way to start each day. The room was beautiful and clean, would love to stay here again.

Shower area should be equipped with a shower curtain! The water is spread even outside in the pantry area as the bathroom area doesn't have a drop which is required. And maybe some more coffee pods and water bottles not just one for the stay of 2 days! The above are just suggestions - they shouldn't deter anyone from staying there.

Location was superb. We didn't have to go to Oia for the sunset views - same view minus the crowds. We could see it right from our verandah! Beautiful place without any disturbances! The breakfast served was a with a lot of thought behind it. Mother - Daughter duo who owns the place were charming and very helpful. The decor inside the rooms was oh so soothing - powder blue and Santorini white of course.

While this property did not have a rooftop pool or hot tub like many of the places surrounding Heliades, I almost felt like I regretted not choosing a spot with this option. Even though we didn’t have much time for a pool, Santorini was much hotter than I anticipated and it would have been nice to be able to take a dip! If our trip would have been any longer than 3 nights I would have preferred a spot with a pool.

What wasn’t to like? The views, the location, the breakfast in the morning. It was so quiet (except on Sunday there are a series of bells at the church nearby in the morning but it was beautiful). The property was clean and well-maintained, the staff cleaned our room everyday. Everything was perfect! The views from this side of the island couldn’t see the cruise ships sitting all day and I really loved that. This spot has a PERFECT view of the amazing Santorini sunset.

We loved it all.

The Heliades Apartments are beautifully situated in Imerovigli with stunning views. We had our own patio area with a table, chairs and loungers and it was so lovely to relax and look out over the view. Olympia and Evangelia were superb hosts, delivering a gorgeous breakfast each morning. Spotlessly clean, and I feel ideally situated, I cannot recommend Heliades highly enough.

This property is the perfect example of a postcard you would send of Santorini. Amazing sunset views are a given from this property, and although simple the accommodations provide everything you need to enjoy the experience. The apartment was always clean and the staff are fantastic as they are always eager to help you with any need you may have.

it wasn’t a problem for us but worth considering for those booking that the 2 level with loft has a steep stairway that might be difficult for some to navigate.

The only thing to be mindful of is that if booking the loft, the stairs to the bedroom are very steep and may not be good for those with mobility/balance issues.

This property is located in Imeriovigli, the highest part of Santorini and the views from our patio were breathtaking!! We loved being in this quieter part of the island, between Oia and Fira. The mother/daughter hosts were wonderful, very helpful and friendly. The breakfast served on our patio each morning was absolutely delicious. Room was cleaned each day and was very comfortable. A bonus was that we did not have to walk up/down many stairs to this hotel. We just loved our stay here, and would highly recommend it to anyone. We really can't say how gorgeous the view was. Best on the island in our opinion. Excellent hotel and hosts!!

This didn’t bother us but just know that you have to climb a ladder to and from the bedroom.

This is an amazing property with an even more amazing view! The breakfast is provided each morning and it was always delicious! I wish we could’ve stayed longer!!
