It is hard to fault this hotel but the only small thing is that we found the shower curtain a bit annoying. However I understand there are plans to replace this in the near future. No other complaints about this wonderful hotel.

The hotel staff and restaurant staff are very friendly. The food is exceptional. Our balcony overlooked the beach as does the restaurant, and the views of the bay are amazing. Chrisulya and her staff gave us a warm welcome on arrival and nothing was too much trouble. She even gave us a kettle for our room. The hotel was spotless. I would thoroughly recommend the Haraki Bay Hotel for a relaxing holiday in a beautiful quiet location.

A little more variety on the breakfast menu, maybe offering some lighter options such as yogurts and fruit.

We have known this fantastic family run hotel for years and having taken over the management from his brother this year, Pavlos & his wife Soula have wasted no time in putting their own stamp on the hotel and at the same time, making everything about your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible.All their staff seem to have that rare skill of dealing with every guest on a very personal level, working efficiently at their role, no matter how busy and often in extreme heat. The front of the hotel is scrubbed down and cleaned by a small army every morning. The rooms are clean and beds comfortable, with crisp sheets & great pillows, those little changes have not gone unnoticed and there are plans to make steady improvements to facilities in the near future. The restaurant remains a great favourite of both locals and returning guests of which there are many. This is a little gem of a place and we have no doubt that any further changes and improvements made by Pavlos and his team will be for the great benefit of their guests.

Internet doesn’t work in rooms, beach loungers cost 20€ a set but I was alone and got a smaller room I booked, maybe that’s why the nice lady didn’t charge me for beach chairs

What an amazing hotel and very friendly and helpful staff! Me and my friends can just recommend this hotel as one of the best maybe if not the best in Charaki!! We had an fabulous time there, we enjoyed every moment... awesome views and amazing place. We couldn't imagine that this small corner can bring us too much joy as we had, to be honest. Mo ✌️

Everything was perfect.

Harak bayi is a nice location, pebble beach under the ruins of Feraklos castle with several good restaurants, supermarkets. Apartment is nearby the beach, spacious enough, well equipped, clean (daily cleaning) with very friendly and helpfull staff. We loved the dishwasher since as a celiac I preferred to have breakfast in the apartment. It has saved time for me and allowed me to have full relaxation.

Check-in could be improved. Info about cleaning frequency; wi-fi password etc was not directly available, until we asked later on. Nothing else worth to mention.

Bed was very hard (I personally like a much softer bed) Shower enclosure small No bath Would have liked a washing machine instead of dishwasher Bedroom was dark - just 2 very narrow windows Cleaning & linen change is only twice a week - these apartments are expensive and we’d expected cleaning daily

Breakfast was terrible. Almost no choice and very poor quality. Only barely edible things were flakes and pancakes.

Personnel is friendly and kitchen in the room was fully equipped. Whole building was new and equipment installed in it was high quality.
