The stairs up to one of the bedrooms are quite difficult; steep, no railing, and can scratch and scrape skin. This bedroom also has no privacy at all, as there is no door or curtain so it is totally open to the other bedroom and the whole place. Anyone staying in the neighbouring house has to walk through the outside space for this house for access, which can be intrusive.

The view is wonderful.

Common access stairway lights were out, which made getting back a little tricky at night. Flashlight needed! Be ready to bend those knees. Futon style couches and chairs are low to the floor, but everything has to be hand carried through the town and down the steps, so no shock.

CAN NOT BEAT the location. Fantastic view of the sea, boats etc. Price was good. Staff met us outside the walking part of the town and walked us in providing good landmarks.

Nice house with an amazing view and a balcony where you can see the beautiful Santorini. Staff is really helpful and Mary is always ready to answer any concern or give us ideas of what to do during the day.

Santorini itself is unsustainable. Oia is the most crowded space I’ve ever inhabited. Incredibly they are building more tourist accommodation. The images and text in booking.com make it look as if the lovely terrace is private and our booking confirmation explicitly states the entrance is private. Screenshot shown below. In fact it is shared with two other apartments and not private at all. The owner of one apartment sharing the terrace left a bag of rubbish in our area and was rather unfriendly when this was pointed out.

Tim and Mary were incredible helpful and friendly. The transfers they arranged were brilliant. The apartment was charming and the view stunning. Cleaning was excellent.

The couch was so uncomfortable you could not sit on it for 5 min. The outdoor lounge broke due to sun damage, while my husband was lying on it.

The position was great. Beautiful views from the balcony. Mary, the manager was excellent. We were very thankful to the porters for transporting our bags.

Brilliant location and Mary and her team were excellent. Apartment is in perfect location for spending a few days exploring Santorini. Apartment was clean, tidy and well presented throughout.

mmmm there are lots of ants on the floor at the entrance there's no HOT water at night (around 10pm)!!!!! the windows are hard to lock sofa are not that comfortable

the location is really good. the room is really big and comfrotable. the facilities are nice, fast responds to all of my qusetions, really helpful, thank you!!! the view is stunning. have wine and coffee (i don't drink both), but it's nice for ppl who do.

nothing. I was bit nervous that when I saw the review, it says it was not that clean but for me, it was perfect. When I go out, there‘s always a cleaning service so I can enjoy clean room😊

THE VIEW. Super nice and it‘s easy to access to the other fascinating view points. Also the room condition and the facilities were good too. Stayed 2 nights in here and I think it was the great choice. I was solo traveller and this place has nice price(compared to other nice-view properties🥹) and calm&cozy mood. + welcome wine was also great. Lovely memories to enjoy wine with amazing sunset view in Oia💐🌅

This beautiful property has one of the most amazing views you could hope for in Santorini. Our fantastic host made sure everything was looked after. To be in the heart of Oía in a place like this so perfect.

Towel provision was adhoc, we had to use newspaper to seal doors when it was windy, some kitchen bits missing like dishwashing soap.

The balcony, the deck chairs, coffee machine, gorgeous views, great shower! Cleaners came every days & extra provisions were provided when we asked.

Quite a few steps to climb but good exercise nonetheless!

Perfect stay and a great view of the caldera. Rooms were clean and tidy and the hosts invited and guided us to our apartment which would otherwise be difficult to locate. Highly recommended for anyone who likes an enjoyable stay in Oia!

The lack of air conditioning made the room very warm and humid. Additionally the bathroom door would not shut and and the shower head did not have a holder

Great communication with the host, who was also extremely accomodating. The property is beautiful with some of the nicest views i've ever seen. Would highly recommend.
