We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

SerbiaGreat hotel in the center of Nei Pori, just a few minutes from the beautiful beach. My wife, son and myself spent 10 days in a spacious three-bed apartment (207) with a terrace overlooking the sea and the mountains. The hosts are wonderful people and run the hotel at highly professional level so all guests feel special :) The apartment is spacious with kitchen, clean bathroom and with all equipment you need. It's also hotel with great cleaning service. We liked very much location as its very quiet during the day and in the evening, even though it's only two streets from main promenade. Nearby you can easily find shops, restaurants, bakery even a green market (on Friday) with fresh fish and fruits. We enjoyed our stay in this place :)

MyanmarChurch bells do ring morning and evening daily, which I didn't mind but might be disturbing for some.
Super friendly staff and great quiet location just a short walk to the beach without being in the very busy beach strip. There is also option for room with fridge and stove, which is nice for a longer stay. Also this hotel has the best WiFi speed I have experienced in all of Greece, perfect if you are working remotely like I was! Thanks to Nik and his team for helping me extend my stay and making feel so welcome.

BulgariaI could hear the guests next to us talking late into the night. It could also be a little cleaner. We stayed in a room for 3 adults and there wasn't enough space for our belongings.
The location is very nice 👌🏼 5 minutes to the beach and restaurants. They changed the towels every two days.

GreeceIt is, alas, located close to a church, whose bells ring in the morning when we would love to be sleeping.......
The hotel is conveniently located very close (a few blocks) from the beach. It also features a bar at the ground floor, but only drinks, no food is served. However, a ktchenette allows you to prepare some basic food by yourself. It must be noted that wifi internet is great, at a convenient speed. The owner will try his best to make you feel at ease. Parking your car is not a problem.
