Hosts Vasilli, Kim and Anastasia were super nice and makes us to feel at home. The room was large, clean and naturally cool. The hotel is also centrally located, minutes away to the town center. Small detail hotel has also its own private parking which was great. Thanks a lot again for your great hospitality.

Perfect view from room, Wonderful, polite and helpful friends Vassilis and Kim, i will never forget your help. I forgot my car keys at thessolaniki, Vassilis was passing near thessolaniki and he went to autopark, took my car key from autopark. Room is very clean and sees the sea .Very nice breakfast, daily cakes from Kim 😍

Vasilis and Kim are the sweetest and kindest people you could ever meet. They go out of their way to help you with anything you could possibly ask for They know the greatest locations to swim, eat and anything to make your stay perfect. Kim and Vasilii were the best hosts. They made us feel very comfortable during our stay in Sithonia. The hotel has the beautiful wiews to the Mount Athos with amazing sunrise early morning. It was easy to get to the hotel by car and enough parking, few minutes walk to the town center. Lovely breakfast with every day freshly baked cake by Kim, home made yummy jam, fresh fruit... Would go back again!

There is nothing we didn't like.

Our stay was perfect, the room and the terrace are very spacious, everything is new, clean and comfortable, the area is quiet, a few minutes walk from the center. Kim and Vasilis are perfect hosts, they thought of every detail, kind and pleasant, always there for all the information. Private parking space, fast internet, good breakfast. We hope to come next year as well.

There was a bad odor coming from the bathroom and the tap water was slightly brown, obviously with questionable quality. Within the price we also had a breakfast included, which unfortunatelly was very limited, both in quantity and variety.

The room was very spacious. The hosts were really nice and they made sure that we always had daily cleaning and fresh towels. The internet was surprisingly fast and stable, also we really enjoyed the balcony. We appreciated that we had a private parking spot.

Greenhill is located 3 minutes walk from the centre, but in avery quiet neighbourhood. The room was wide and clean. Vassili, Kim and Diana are the ideal hosts, super kind and helpful, they know how to make you feel at home! We had a great time!

Our accommodation unit had the most beautiful view in Sarti. We had 2 terraces. A large terrace overlooks 3 sides. One side has a view of the parking and the mountain. The second side has a view of the sea and Athos. The third side has a view of the sea and Sarti. The architect of the building designed and fitted the apartments very well. The space is excellently used. The owners are kind and welcoming

We were here on our vacation with another family of friends. The hotel is family run and they put a lot of love into their work. The room was big and comfortable, with lots of lighting and very clean. The hotel position is about 5 to 10 minutes from Sarti Beach and a small dock where you can get cruises from. The room also has a fully equipped kitchenette, in case you want to prepare something for yourselves and you also get some homemade jam from the host (which is excellent). The staff, like I said, is a family run place, is very helpful and great at entertaining.

Without car it is pretty rough to get to the hotel on foot.

The staff was very friendly, we were treated like a long time no see family and not strangers. The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable.

Everything was superb. Hosts are really nice people. Room was very clean and cosy and it was cleaned every two days together with towel change. Sheets are changed every four days. View from the balcony was perfect. There is a big parking space nearby. Breakfast was good. Location is great, not really in the Sarti center so there is more privacy and peace and again not far from the beach and Sarti center. We would really recommend this and we will come back for sure.

Kim and Vasileos are wonderful and thoughtful Hosts and we really enjoyed our stay! to shortly sum it up: We arrived by car and there are parking spots right in front of the building , that was perfect. The Room in which we stayed had a large balcony and a nice view to sea and Sarti. Within the Appartment we had everything we needed, kitchen well equipped , comfy beds and everything was clean and tidy! we really felt safe here. The breakfast in the morning is served on the terrace and there are two really kind and friendly kitchen helpers. lots of variety for breakfast, fresh veggies and fruits as well as cheese, eggs, sweets ( homemade of course). the location is perfect to explore the Sarti Area with its beaches etc. 2 Minutes walk to markets, Sartis Curch and plaza. Kim is also always there in case you have questions or any wishes, wonderful people! We would love to stay there again.

The place and location are amazing. I had asked for the highest possible floor and the apartment had an amazing big terrace with a view of the whole bay!!! Beautiful and pleasant!!! The owners are unique people, always smiling and hospitable. I strongly recommend :))))))

The hosts were great and they made our stay very pleasant. Hotel is positioned on a good location in the city. There is a free big parking nearby. Room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was great. Sarti is a good location for exploring Sithonia. We would definitely return here.
